We stayed at the Four Seasons Marunouchi in January 2018 and we werenât disappointed. We knew we only had two days in Tokyo, so wanted to stay as close to Tokyo station as possible.
What sets the Four Seasons apart is the service. The incredibly wonderful Marina picked us up from the carriage of our train and helped take our luggage through the enormous train station to the hotel.
The rooms themselves are large and well appointed - although the views of the train tracks as you can imagine were a little underwhelming.
Overall however we would definitely recommend the Four Seasons.

Excellent services to foreign tourist for guiding the complected Tokyo Shinkansen systems, and a very kids friendly luxury hotel in Tokyo ( I think itâs the best one), and finally, very friendly and helpful front desk staff team , which makes our stay and trip even more enjoyable!

The staff had just astonishing attention to detail and responsiveness, very professional and slick. At the same time they really listened and looked for ways to help. They are especially good with children, fitting in some genuine open hearted play between the service standards!

I decided to stay at the Four Seasons due to the short time I had to plan my visit.
Since I wanted to eat at few good sushi places I decided to âinvestâ in Hotel that has a powerful Concierge service. And indeed I had 2 success within a week notice.
The hotel is great although Iâm not sure that in next visits Iâd like to stay in this area.
The room was very spacious and the service from the cleaning to the front desk was perfect.
PS - I loved the pajamas concept... ;-)

great location, great space .... food could be better .. but still great , i actually work in the hotel business industry and .. i personally had experience working in four seasons .. and let me tell you that the follow up great all the standard in this hotel ...the greetings for me and my family (special my baby girl) was awesome they even had a little toy for the bathtub in ..!!!
i will definitely recommend and come back
