Great location opposite Namba station, with easy access from Kansai airport.
Stayed 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. Worked out much cheaper than getting 2 hotel rooms.. The apartment featured 2 bathrooms with good quality amenities, Full kitchen & clothes washer / dryer. There was a large tv with satellite & DVD player. The ac unit only worked in the living room, so in order to get heat into the bedroom we had to leave the door open. The bed was comfortable & provided a good nights sleep. Wifi was free, but not very fast. There is a choice of 3 restaurants for breakfast, although only one is located at the actual hotel, with the other 2 being located across the road at Namba station.
The rooms can be a little noisy, as there is a major road just outside the building. Staff here a terrific, and went out of their way to be helpful. If I were to come back to Osaka again, this is the first place I would consider for my accommodation.

Namba is always my choice of area in Osaka as near to everything anything I need.
Direct Nankai train from kansai Airport to hotel in just 50 min with 920 yen, hotel is just across the station.
Spacious room with cooking facilities, washing machine, clean, complimentary wifi, gym and steam room, check in and out are seamless and staff are friendly, flexible and able to provide early check in if room is available, super great deal and perfect!
I have stayed here for more than 10 times and will continue to stay at the same hotel for my next Osaka trip

Travelling in Japan for a week and stayed here for 3 nights and it was the best stay out of the 3 hotels I stayed in. The location was very good, just across the subway station. The room was spatial and have laundry machine in the room, if I knew I wouldn't have brought so much clothes. A big thanks to Ms. Miki Kamimura at front desk. We were trying to book couple restaurants, not only she booked it for us, she took it to the next level and print out the map and the best route to go to the restaurant. We really appreciate it. The check in time is at 3 pm, out of the 3 hotels I stayed, Fraser is the only place that moved our luggage to our room and we didn't need to pick it up when we returned to the hotel. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family.

We stayed for 5 nights in Fraser and used this as a base for day trips. It was booked through Agoda. Checking in was seamless.
Location - great because of its proximity to the train station and is just 10-15mins walk away from location such as Dotonburi, Kuromon Market.
Staff Service - Give it 6 stars out of 5. Every day trips that we made were with the help of this gentlemen called Yasushi Takada. Whom offered patience and great advice. He had also helped us to book a flat fare taxi to KIX at around 10kYen, when it would normally cost 15-16k Yen for flag down taxi.
Room Service - sometimes it gets sloppy. such as tables were not cleared or clean (coffee stain was still there) But we still get a tidy bed, fresh towels and amenities.
Amenities - The reason we chose Fraser was the room size, and the gym. Gym was relatively small. 2 treadmills, 2 bikes, and some weights. We didnt try the sauna in this visit. One of the treadmill was faulty.
The best part of Fraser is that you get a 2in1 Washer and Dryer. So the option of going there light is possible.
My husband was totally pleased with this place. He stayed at a few 4-star locations, and he said this is by far the best place he stayed. We will definitely come back again.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment on a low floor. The location is brilliant, within walking distance of everything we wanted to do and one subway line (25 mins) to the Shinkansen line at Shin Osaka.
The bedrooms and beds were great, nice lounge and fantastic bathrooms. Staff were excellent and readily helped with luggage and sending one of our bags through to an onward destination was easy and well explained.
