The hotel is a bit old (I guess it was build in 1970s) and the room is not well maintained. There was no kettle in the room and I needed to go to the corridor for hot water.
When I went to the hotel in the morning, the staff at the front desk promised to give me a room facing Fukuyama castle. However, when I returned in the afternoon to check in, I found that the view of the room was completely blocked by a very large column outside. There was no view at all. The male staff at the front desk in the afternoon could not speak any English at all. He even had difficulty in understanding English.

Stay one night at this hotel and experience friendly staff, nice and comfortable room, clean environment and a great onsen inside the hotel.
The location is near to fukuyama station and is very convenient.
Highly recommend for travellers

One night in this hotel, single room(non smoking)
1. Can change pillow at 1F by yourself.
2. staff are nice
3. Soundproof for the single room is so so coz you can hear chatting from other room easily.
4. WIFI is free and stable.
5. A convenient store(Family Mart) right in front of the hotel, which is a plus for me.
6. 3 mins walk from station, good for those who got late arrival.

location is very well, near the fukuyama station, just by walk only 5 min. hotel is new and clean, facility is complete, and the bed is comfortable. inside the hotel it has a public bathtub, It's moderate prices, hotel staff was friendly and professional. go out the elevator, you can see area placing a coffee machine for guest use, and it's free. i satisfy for my stay.

Staffs were helpful and friendly.
Just like many other Japanese hotels in this range, our room was small and clean but still fits in a big double bed.
Freebies include a coffee brewing machine where we have our double dose of good coffee every morning of our stay. The sex separated onsens at one of the lower floors is certainly a luxury for this budget hotel, providing a great venue to relax and soak of the tired muscles after a long day out.
Breakie at the hotel was catering for westerners, albeit a Japanese twist.
A coin laundrette is provided for guest use.
I'll definitely stay here again.
