The room is clean and spacious. Didnt really had very high expectations but upon arrival i am extremely satisfy. Staffs are polite and friendly. And breakfast spread is indeed has a lot of variety. Do give the breakfast a try. The beach is just opposite the hotel. And there is a lot of shops nearby from convenience shop to foods. So not to worry that there is no shops nearby. Would definitely come back and stay longer! Staying one night is definitely not enough. Came here as honeymoon and the staffs decorated the room. Thumbs up for that. Pool is clean and good. Definitely well worth the money spent. :)

Family holiday to Bali first week Stayed in the Maya in Ubud which was outstanding second week in Furama Xclusive which was a little bit of a come down from the Maya, albeit a completely different location, This beach fronted hotel on the surface looks modern and clean, but when you scratch the surface you can see it needs a lot of attention, i can't really say there was anything that bad with the hotel it just very tired and seriously needs some cash spent on it, sun beds broken, some furniture in the appts stained, lights broken, problem with internet and TV etc etc this hotel also seems to attract lots of Aussies on family holidays, can be quite noisey, breakfast looked good unfortunately it's more about quantity than quality, Good hotel but could do better.

Stayed here for 9 nights. Studio room was large, clean and comfortable. Location good as beach across street and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. My only complaint would be that it could get noisy. I think its just the way the building is constructed - so sound carries and echos. I was on ground floor and maybe floors higher up would not have this problem.

I think I had high expectations, so when I got to FuramaXclusive I was a little let down. However, 10 days later I have grown to enjoy this hotel and especially it's staff. The staff is beyond polite, helpful, and quick. If you're looking for a party hotel, this one probably is not right for you. If you're looking for a hotel with nice rooms, great service, good food, and an overall relaxing vibe at an affordable price than look no further. The hotel is definitely showing it's age, but I got the one bedroom king suite and it was extremely spacious and well kept. I would stay at another FuramaXclusive hotel.

Was a very lovely place to stay, staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were cleaned and restocked everyday, and were very spacious. Had a large pool that the kids loved to play in everyday, probably the only thing wrong was the pool was pretty deep so if you had young kids definitely needed supervision
