Good nice clean rooms, friendly staff, nice food, cozy rooms with all amenities like hot cold water ac, TV, etc..
Ask for river facing room
Extra person can be accommodated on request..
Staff is helpful and happy to provide us detailed information about the nearby places
It's very near by lacmanjhula hardly 500m and within 10min one can reach walking

Stayed there for 3 days..
The location was great as its in main Tapovan market. Laxman Jhula is also in walkable distance.
As per the rooms the stay was awesome , if you need a Ganga view you can update a base room to Ganga View which has a lovely view of the Ganga.
Service and staff was excellent and made our stay more awesome than expected.

Would recommend it for traveler who wants a good location along with great service & rooms for family and solo stay too..

All over a thumbs up in a decent cost.

Like last 8 years this year also we pre planned to check in at ganesha inn and on 27th September after delayed jet airways poor flight experience when we reached deharadun airport lovely sagar bhai the manager of the resort waiting with smile and ac cab to pick and my mom ……..we were greeted by welcome chilled water and after reaching very smooth check in by rajni madam as fy old friends chacahji pradeep bhai and others welcomed us and we checked in at room 204 as fav of my mother which have ganga view and all the things with in few moments we were greeted again with welcome drinks as we have pre ordered our lunch after taking a fresh bath the chachaji delivered the homely food from that day it is same as we feel same homely atmosphere as like 8 previous years ………the room service is 100/100 the food 100/100 the house keeping 100/100 the promptness 100/100 ……every morning army of monkeys give is morning tring …….every day pradeep bhai the house keeping boy and team of others make our room refreshed all the items refilled we don’t have to ask as mr sagar mr rahul and raji madam always keep their duty ………….this year we also travelled to triveni ghat to see the ganga mata arati and it was really wonderful to watch …..till 5th October we have heavenly stay at ganesha inn I am privileged to meet the owner of hotel mr vinayak kedia …..he is really a very nice person and take very close lok on all the things in place…….. again special thanks to Mr rahul, sagar bhai, rajni madam, pradeep, manoj all the coocking staff and whole ganesha inn team for making our stay so memorable ..0nly 350 days left for our next check in at ganesha inn ….pranam : suman chakraboty

Really nice hotel

Is it clean and nice, it is in the quiet side so if you want some peace and quiet is for you. The cafe next to it is really good but i dont remember its name. The stuff is helpfull and kind people. It is not the chepast hotel.

I visited Rishikesh few days back and booked this property as last minute option...fortunately, my decision proved good and we had a very nice stay there...good and about the property are as follows..

Good

1. Excellent location, right on the Laxman Jhula Road
2. Safe parking available
3. Excellent food (Indian only)
4. Friendly staff
5. Value for money
6. Excellent view of Ganga

Bad (Areas of improvement)

1. No lift so check for room floor in case you have kids or elderly travelers
2. Bit noisy rooms in case you get a road facing room
