You wonât find a better location than this quaint little spot just off the square. Location is perfect, price is very reasonable and itâs a great choice. There are clean rooms and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is good and thereâs a nice little courtyard to enjoy a beer of coffee in. Plenty of restaurants and shops to visit nearby in walking distance and all the fun and history that the square has to offer is only steps away. Iâve stayed her 4-5 times and Iâll definitely return when I have another chance to visit Poznan.

I stayed in this hotel the second week of June 2017 for business and was very surprised when I checked in that there wasn't any air conditioning in the hotel. When I checked in it was 30 degrees C and the room was stifling! Later that evening I also realized that the front street was far to busy and loud to keep the windows open. I booked a single, and that is what I got! The room was tiny, barely housing a single bed, desk and small wardrobe. However, compared to the bedroom the bathroom was HUGE!!
The other issue was that the TV would turn itself off after 10 mins. So if you have on the TV while you are showering, dressing and getting ready for the day it will turn off, as well as, if you are trying to watch as your winding down at the end of the day you will have to continually turn it back on. Is this a throwback to some energy crisis??
Finally, the breakfast is 40 zloty and not worth the price. There was some warm bread, really runny scrambled eggs, something that looked like hot dogs, yogurt and some cereals. Disappointing to say the least!

We booked a 3 bed room at the hotel for one night. Upon arrival we were upgraded to an apartment (guests in the 3 bedroom wanted to stay longer). That was a nice surprise. The room was spacious, clean and we were really impressed with how lovey staff were. Especially reception staff (Ms Maryna and Slawka) went the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied with our stay. The housekeeping staff was also friendly. The only minus was that there was no lift so I had to run up and down the stairs when our magnetic key did not work - it happened THREE times. Overall experience was very positive, so I'd recommend the hotel.

This hotel was in a great position by the old town square. Rooms were immaculate and also very quiet. Beds were extremely comfy and bathrooms large. Staff were lovely too. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is centrally located in the city centre and walking distance to everywhere. The restaurants at the city centre mostly serve very delicious food at affordable prices (per main course around 26 - 30 pln). The hotel staff were also very polite and speak very good English. They were very helpful in providing information and assistance in anyway needed. The rooms are a little dimly lit and a little cramp but enough space for 2 large luggages. Water from the tap is potable and can be consumed immediately. The only down side of this hotel is that it does not have lifts and no water boiler to get boiling water. Overall I had a very very pleasant stay! Thank you Garden Hotel!
