This was our maiden trip to Goa. Found reasonable price for 3N on Treebo app. Location wise its 1 km from Candolim beach. Opted for Oak room. Too small for a hotel room of that price. Otherwise clean property. But toilet spout was leaking causing wet bathroom floor all the time. Good choice of Breakfast. Overall, nice stay for couples/ families.

We were stayed in May 2017 and booked from makemytrip. It was great stay but staff is average supportive may be due to lack of Menpower in off-seasons. Food was average. Pool was good. You can have a beer in pool but have to buy it from hotel bar which is located exactly in front of pool.

Good - Staff and Manager are very friendly and helpful.
Food is good.
House keeping is average, Rooms are not cleaned well and on daily basis unless asked for it.
Property is average, its 15mins walk from Candolim beach so be prepared to walk or ride scooter.

good service and good everything good location for culangut,condilum and Baga beach near fort and panji City and hotel nearly byke and car service for hiring staff also cooperate good also food rate is normal

The main reason is staff is not at all friendly & helpful. They are very rude. There is no parking space in the hotel thus they ask you to park in nearby hotel that too depends on the availability of the nearby hotel; otherwise you may have to park on the road.They will charge on the check out for some or the other reason. They don't provide cabs on request even if you are ready to pay for it. Please don't go for it. Also this hotel is is 600-800 meters inside the main road thus you have to cover this distance everytime walking. It was a pathetic experience for me
