We were group of 9 people stayed there for 2 Nights and 3 Days in 3 BHK Villa.
Overall the resort was neat and clean. Location is not so good. Need to improve food quality. Good place to hangout with friends and Family.

It's a simple and a budget hotel.Good place for hangout with friends and family.
There are awesome Goan special cuisine.All are must try.
Breakfast was South Indian. It also has British breakfast.
Rooms are spacious. For Family of 3 Deluxe is preferred.
For bigger groups and family Villa is preferred.
Hotel staff is polite and caring.
Nearby beach is Anjuna.
Swimming pool is not that maintained.Still gave good ratings for the rest of the stuff.

Amazing hotel with a nice swimming pool near Anjuna Village. The beach is 20 mins walk through the flea market. The hotel is having buffet breakfast where you are offered veg and non veg items. There is a bike and car hire in front of the hotel

This place is awesome and it is near to Anjuna Beach. We were 3 families who stayed in this resort for a night. It has beautiful greenery , cool and calm place along with indoor pool. Overall it is a nice property. It is on the outskirts of north goa.

This is an awsome place to stay in Goa with friends, Good room service, affordable stay, calm place, almost everything is near the resort. They have 2 swimming pools. 3 BHK villa is the perfect for 7 to 8 people to stay
