This was an excellent place to stay. The room was cozy, clean, and quiet. There was always someone at the front desk who helped us with directions, calling taxis, and helping us choose which places to visit in the city. On our way to the airport the man at the front desk called the taxi driver and asked him to turn around because we had left a tablet in our room. It saved us from that terrible realization at the airport. Awesome place to stay.
P.s. the free breakfast is a full breakfast with many options to order from a menu.

Stayed here on a weekend as it was cheaper than other rooms in the city. Stayed in a tiny single room at the back of the guesthouse. Room was very simple and dated. Could hear a lot of noise from other rooms so didn't get a good nights sleep, might be better during the week when people aren't coming in at all hours of the night. Won't be staying here again as I would prefer to pay a bit more for a nicer hotel.

Easy to find, take the 747 bus from airport and the stop is opposite the hotel on lower gardener street, 7 euros each.
Comfortable bed and very clean room.
Lovely cooked breakfast or choice of cereals.
Only negative was the heat in the room, unable to turn down the radiator therefore had to open the window , but very busy and noisy road.
Not put me off returning though

It's near the city centre, staff in the kitchen are all very kind. I forgot my purse in the room and my money just disappeared, they said they were not responsible for that, I asked to talk to the housekeeper and again I was told they could do nothing. It's a pity, because we were quite happy with the place, we're never going back again!

Great location very close to the centre, there's also a bus stop on the street outside where the airport bus stops. The front desk and staff were all polite and friendly, and they allowed me to leave my luggage at reception both on the first and last days of my trip. The breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked Irish Breakfast along with cereals, coffee and juice. The room was a decent size and had a balcony looking down into the street at the rear of the hotel, a nice touch. Coffee was provided in room along with a small TV and shower room.
Whilst I found the room to be clean and tidy it's clear that quite a bit of maintenance is required to repair damaged tiles, skirting boards, door latches etc. Carpets are old and tired, and the shower is clunky.
This hotel is perfect for the travel who spends little time in their room and wants to get out and explore the city. I got a decent price when I booked, definitely a lot cheaper than anything comparable in the city centre. With that in mind, I would definitely consider staying here again if I went back to Dublin - if the price is right I would have no problem with booking again.
