I have stayed many times at Hotel Montaigne over the past two years, for business or with my family. Very pleased with the overall experience at first I must say that I have had nothing but complains to make along the last 7 months.
Under or poorly staffed, room and bathroom details, service, assistance (reservation, front desk and room service), attitude, everything is heading south...soon down to the cellar!
I have had several discussions about a cascade of unpleasant events or situations with housekeeping, front desk and also management: no reaction or only unprofessional explanations.
I have written a detailed email to top management 2 weeks ago still unanswered to this day. No one seems to care.
One piece of advice to potential clients: run.

We booked here because we were attending a performance at the Theatre Champs Elysees which is just over the road. We had a lovely room with a large comfortable bed and clean large bathroom. It is in a perfect location and the staff are friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Well, if you feel like shopping and enjoying the area, this is the place to be. Perfectly located on Avenue Montaigne with very charming rooms and welcoming staff.
The lobby is small however warm and can accommodate just what is needed.

This is a small but 5 star hotel conveniently located to Eiffell tower, expensive boutiques, and excellent cafes bars and restaurants.Staff is very friendly and helpful.Rooms are nicely decorated with French designers clothes.

I have been most delighted with the service I received from Trang in reservations as well as Cecilia at reception. They were so kind and really tried their very best to make sure I had a wonderful stay in Paris as well as doing their very best to cater to my requirements prior to my journey. I couldn't have asked for better service. I received a very warm welcome from a gentleman called Alexandre too and I really look forward to my next visit in this beautiful boutique hotel. Thank you again!
