Iâd booked Godwin for 4 night from 22nd January to 25th and when I saw the room I liked it. It was decent looking what I liked was the proximity to beach and local market but all my delights turned in to horror in the night, for few days I didnât realise what was happening as I used to get too tired from long walks at the beach and shopping in the markets but on the third night the attacks got so violent that despite of being tired I woke up at 3 in the night and found myself on a bed full of bed bugs they were literally all over when I called the housekeeping their only response was âpehle batana chahiye tha naâ âyou should have told beforeâ as if Iân paying them 5000 rupees per night to get beaten up by the bugs and then inform them that your hotel rooms have bed bugs.
After requesting the reception staff they gave me another room at 4:00 and then I had to move my all belongings to another room the same time as I could not leave them back due to bugs all over.
So all night I spent fighting bugs and moving my luggage to another room I was staying alone so obviously I didnât have an option to check out at that time, but the response from the hotel was such that you wouldnât line to spend a single minute more there.
Following day following day in the morning I checked out but nobody cared to ask if I wanted to see a doctor or they were apologetic, all they had to say is we do fuming but sometimes it happens. âIT HAPPENS???â How can you risk life of others like that? What If I had a baby with me or if I was drunk or whatever... it was a waste of money and time. I will never recommend anyone to go there.

Checked In 19th Jan 18. Room No. 309. Messy smell. Frequent power failure. Lift under maintenance have to climb steps many time. uncooperative staff. At night had terrible experience of bedbugs all over. On informing reception they laughed out, as if they knew. In breakfast in non veg only eggs rest heavy Indian dishes. Limited car parking. Think over before taking this hotel. Some review says good property but I disagree.

This property is very easy too find and near by beach hardly takes 10 minutes to reach their, in house food is very good and breakfast is average it should be some changes they need to make in their breakfast, rooms are clean thatâs I liked.

Good Hotel TO Stay with Family. Enjoyed the ambiance and the hospitality extended by the Restaurant staff. It was very cozy hotel with best location, couple of meters away from the beach. Should recommend the Salt N Pepper Prawns and the pool facing rooms.

Excellent service & hospitality, flexible rules, polite staff, great menu & other facilities. Staff did necessary work as told and was very cooperative. Reception management & booking in charge Ms. Niyati were also very understanding.
