The rooms are spacious but beds are unspeakable. The hot water supply in the bath is restricted to the time slot 0700-1000 hrs. The staff at recetion are friendly and helpful. There is room service available but the process is a bit complicated. The quality of bath water is acceptable by Chennai standards. The location at across the CMBT is great.

Nice location to stay...very clean rooms...room service is good...they get u immediately whatever u want...nice experience..with goibibo app it was very cheap....and best part is u have a good restaurant besides u..I.e.sangeetha..

Main attraction is the location of the hotel which is just opposite of SRM transports and beside sangeetha vegetarian hotel. Koyambedu bus terminus is also nearby.Adyar Anand bhavan and saravana bhavan restaurants are also very close by. I stayed in executive AC Room .It has 2 rooms -a very small room having sofa set and a bed room reasonably well furnished . The rooms were reasonably neat .But bath room particularly toilet commode (inside ) was not cleaned properly . Overall , housekeeping needs some improvement .
There is no coffee maker in the room .Breakfast is complimentary which we can take in sangeetha restaurant . The check out was 24 hrs which is a big plus for the hotel .No wifi offered in the hotel.Hot water was available only in the morning hours . My overall rating is 3.5 (I have given 4 as there is no option for decimal ).

I came here for some work with the Tamilnadu Dental Council and the first major positive for this hotel is the location. It is a stone's throw away from the CMBT terminus and is very convenient for travellers looking for a place to stay.
The rooms are extremely large, with all the basic amenities required. However, the cleanliness could have been better, especially the walls, which were looking dilapidated. The bathroom was ok, but could have been maintained better.
I was very happy with the food, as there were many options. The PlanetYumm food court is attached to the hotel, so there were a variety of dishes to choose from. The morning complimentary breakfast was also very tasty. The general service was very good and the staff were attentive and helpful.
Overall it was a nice experience and a good budget option, especially for its location.

Rooms are not good and maintained poorly, Poor lighting in room, Selected TV channels are available, Bedsheets are not so clean, No hot water, No proactive cleaning of Rooms instead you have to call them, Comp Breakfast available up to 10 am only. Behaviour of staff is not good and top of that in spite of so many deficiency in their service they will dance on your head for payment in advance even you are paying them regularly...
Only good thing is Restaurant at ground floor where you get all type of foods.
