Clasique design hotel, thats the first impression i had.
Nearby to kemayoran area where me & family celebrates new years eve (only like 5 minutes away)
Even though just a place to sleep, the room quite comfort with spacious bathroom and clasique design.
Breakfast was good & staff were friendly.

The hotel is pretty alright, decor looks somewhat mismatched. Complimentary breakfast was repetitive, buffet lunch not worth it. However, they've got good all you can drink deals at the Piano Lounge. Also check out their fitness facilities! Fully equipped gym, a studio for free classes (check their schedule), linked indoor swimming pool, dry sauna and in/out call massage service. If you're stuck cause of the rain, good place to keep fit.

This is a pretty average 3-star hotel for me. The room is nice, I love the view of the room - you can see how the infamous Jakarta traffic flows on the highways in front of the hotel.
I had trouble communicating with the reception staffs and operator, because they couldn't really speak English and even with my Bahasa Melayu (I'm a Malaysian), they couldn't pick up my request for an international adapter and to extend my check-out.
The international adapter was an issue for me, because they have none. I think it's very important to prepare international adapters especially for foreign visitors like myself.
Breakfast was so-so. I didn't eat much and I think it needs to be improved.
BUT the housekeeping team is EXCELLENT! Very helpful, very fast and very accommodating! That was definitely the highlight of this hotel.

I'm here since yesterday (10 September) until tomorrow (12 September) and I like it the staff is friendly, breakfast buffet promo, the room is big, easy to get taxis so easy to get around the hotel such as Istiqlal mosque

The room was nice and unique. It was clean and the hot water was running very well. The executive one has a proper spot where you can open your computer and work a little bit. Food was good, not exactly the typical breakfast I would have in the morning but it was okay.
