The rooms are clean & bare necessities are very well provided. Bathroom essentials, fridge, cooking burners, oven, toasters & few cutlery items. Blankets & sheets were also provided. Pool is very clean & clear & well managed & cleaned. Depth is just perfect for young & old alike.

Great place to stay when visiting Goa, very well located. This place is very quiet and peaceful, but at the same time close to a typical village with a lot of cultural and gastronomic offer. Betalbatim beach is in 10 min walking distance, such an amazing beach, with bars and restaurants, without many people and with a beautiful sunset. I had an amazing time during my ten days trip.

These condo is a very nice place to have a pleaseant, relaxed stay in Goa. We were a group of 4 and got an awesome apartment at Golden Sands for 10 days. The location is great, very close to the beach (10min walking) and perfect to enjoy a godd sunset. It is located in a typical Goan village, where you can take a wide cultural experience and taste the best Goan dishes,in close by restaurants.
The condo has a nice swimming pool, jacuzzi and several green areas to take a walk.

Will be back again this coming year in apartment 2D,one/bed/apartment 2017 /2018,flight booked ...It has all the facilities, you need for a long stay, [ as do all the 2 bed,,apartments+3bed houses !] .Out of the 36 homes on the complex there only about,20 to rent, [ The rest are kept for Private use only ]. We arrange our own cleaner//laundry,,airport pick up ,all via local Friendly people, [ Haggle,if you get Taxis ],We rent Scooter its o k on local roads, Its a 10 to 20 minute walk to the supermarkets +Good local restaurants, in Betalbatim or Marjorda village, As well the beaches,had some great food at some of the beach shacks, We use Sams Shack at Majorda beach ,as well as Sams space at Betalbatim The maintenance of the complex is now control by,the owners.
When in your search for a place to stay be sure you have all your needs covered in writing I E Wifi cleaning /laundry etc. I looked on booking .com and saw the same pictures for two different apartments at 2 different prices but same dates,it could have been 2 owners with same photos. [ Beaware.] Some restaurants have entertainment on,you can go to the next town ie Colva,or Margoa, make a effort,, be adventurous there are dafintely delicious, foods out there locally and near by restaurants. No lively nightlife, if you want lively try north Goa.

Great option for a holiday .
Secure secluded complex with good support staff.
Near to couple of beaches market gym , restaurants.
J2 the bungalow where we stayed was more than adequate and contained overlooking the pool and the field with the palm fringe of the beaches.
Excellent option for a family / group getaway for an extended holiday.
