I stayed one night at the hotel golden tulip Paris CDG .
Pros:
-polite , professional, helpful staff
Cons:
Location : neither PARIS nor CDG airport are practically accessible!
Honestly I will not stay at the hotel again.

Picked this place for an overnight before flying out of Paris. They advertise a 15 minute shuttle from the airport. We stood in freezing rain under little cover for 51 minutes even after calling the hotel. Spoke to the manager who was a rude and dismissive woman who basically said the shuttle company was a contract so not their fault! Amazing ! My review would be worse but in fairness the women at the front desk were nice and helpful and the room though dated had a nice modern bathroom. The morning shuttle was much better. Food prices very high and walked to a lovely restaurant nearby.

Good Hotel, very near to airport. They have very good breakfast variety. I loved raisin bread. Buffet lunch and dinner is also available in nominal pricing. We stayed for 2 nights. They helped us in arranging cabs for Disneyland.

We were deceived by positive reviews and an ad that said the restaurant was on par with the best restaurants in Paris. There was only an expensive buffet with nothing we wanted to eat and noisy crowds. My husband called this hotel a tourist trap for conventioneers. We found a delicious and moderately priced buffet at a hotel nearby. I would advise travelers to stay at one of the other moderately priced hotels around the square.
There IS apparently a free shuttle, but it makes a circuit in some subterranean floor of the airport and stops at other places. We took a taxi.
We were sent an evaluation form that refused to be submitted because of faulty buttons that were required to be pushed but that would not take an answer. I tried this form 3 times before I went online and found this review form instead,
The staff was helpful, though, and called us a cab and scheduled a wake-up call.

We had missed a late flight at the massive Charles de Gaulle airport (1/4 mile between each key area. Contradictory directions from different people, depending on who you asked, each creating a half hour diversion. No clocks. Misleading signage).Anyway, we booked into the Golden Tulip ready for an early flight the next morning. We booked an 04.30 alarm call from the (slightly brusque) receptionist. The room was fine, quiet and comfortable but - guess what? No alarm call! For goodness' sake, it's an airport hotel!
Though duplicating the alarm on my mobile phone we just managed to catch our flight - but no thanks to the Golden Tulip.
Finally, we later found we'd paid three times the Trip Advisor discount price for the room.
