Hotel is great, quite big for banjarmasin. Hotel have ballroom and meeting room also have club and spa.
Locate near the only mall in banjarmasin (walking about 3 minutes). Room is clean and nice.
The odd think they put sink in the room not in the bathroom (I think they want to make room bigger instead of bathroom)
Food is delicious but need more variety.

I stay just 1 night in here (c.in 11 nov, c.out 12 nov.. i traveled with 1 children and 1 infant) but, it was Amazing! They help me with early check in (thank you!!) staffs were very helpfull.. they help me to put my ice cream on their freezer storage (thank you again !!) the hotel's room is clean enough.. the breakfast are good.. good location, near duta shopping mall.. overall, this hotel is recomended.. thankyou for your service..

Located at downtown, this hotel gave you the view of surrounding city of Banjarmasin. The breakfast is international style. However they should enhance the hospitality of their staffs because unfortunetly they not well train as an 4 stars hotel staffs.

Very strategic location, juat walk away from duta mall, good place, receptionist was very helpful, clean room..they had swimming pool too,not bih but enough for a family with kids
But for restaurant i cant say is good, for four stars hotel its really need improvement, light was too dark in night and for breakfast all waitress busy with talking too each other
i never get like this before in four stars hotel,in lower stars hotel maybe
Generally is good hotel with strategic location, clean room, but hope will be any improvement soon

Location is good, restaurants just take a couple of minutes of walking. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Since I am a Muslim and happened to forgot my prayer stuff, they responsively provided my needs. My room was spacey and well decorated. If you are a kind of person that love to check your weight daily, no worries! there is also a scale in the room lol. In this Ramadhan, they also provide various menus for sahoor.
The only drawback is the internet was slow. I am not sure that was because my room in the corner or any other issue.
Will be back for sure :)
