Stayed there as it was the start/finish point for an event we were taking part in. As they were the only hotel option in the immediate vicinity they raised the prices to reflect a 5 star resort when in reality this place is barely a 2 star. The hotel itself and all outdoor facilities are very dated and rundown and nothing worked well. Staff were okay...however they forgot to send our border passes so we were forced I wait for a few hours to get across. Rooms were a nice size but beds very uncomfortable and linen dirty. Room facilities were very basic and dated.
Unfortunate as the location is lovely, however this hotel is in need of major re-investment.

A great beach resort in a beautiful location. Just over the UAE border into Oman. Most of the staff are Omanis. It is relaxed and relieves the stress. Beach with small waves is a treat for those who love the beach otherwise there is pool. Catch a dhow are spend the day traveling up the coat.
A very pleasant stay.

Very good location of the hotel, nice beach and mountains. Hotel is very competitive to the hotels on the other side of the border in UAE. Hotel has good pool with open jacuzzi and all rooms are sea facing. You can enjoy sunrise from your room balcony. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Recommend this hotel for the families and short weekend trips. Amazing place.

Waited 90 min at border crossing, since hotel had forgotten to notify us about the need to submit passport copies in advance. Had to call 10 times during wait otherwise would have waited much longer. No apology from hotel for an obvious mistake.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, Special thanks for manager, he will arange some b day cake for my wife, clean and well maintained. Hotel location near to beautiful beach. Entry in Oman border no visa is required, great value for money. Highly recommended.
