The reason while Iâm giving one star to the property is due to poor management of the hotel as it mentions that it is a boutique hotel.The checkin was very poor as the hotel didnât provided accurate information while booking the room,The checkin was taken by the Front office manager,the room provided was 605 was such as dead room there were wall paints which were coming throughout.Unacceptable experience also No menu card in the room,inadequate amount of toiletris the room The in room service was good no doubt ,Breakfast needs more improvement as it was not spacious and the staff was quite good .We then requested for late checkout by 2 which was given by the front office team which was highly appreciated.
Checkout was OK ,the front desk was not attentive enough the checkout was taken by Nelofer and Chandani at the front desk.

I stayed here for three nights from Dec 4th to 7th. The hotel is located bang in the middle of Andheri MIDC. The room wasn't very impressive. Toiletries and sleep quality could've been better. There was some construction work going on in the hotel because of which breakfast was being served in their bar. Breakfast was OK as well. Overall, I couldn't find anything great about this property, but nothing was bad or poor.

The hotel was in good location the food and service was excellent specially breakfast was awesome, nice spread we had a good time, staff's are very courteous thanks to everybody, whenever will come to mumbai we prefer to stay at this hotelðððð

Hotel is very Good.and food have good quality and taste ..
Staff is very cooperative ...and helpful.
I had a visit fee day back.
They served me fresh Parantha..as per my request.
Would like to put little suggestion as. ..restaurant can be more good...it's good .but it can be better..
As space is less...i felt that restaurant area is less..need to be more spacious
after all Hotel location .view .Food quality and staff if very good..i met them...personally.

I had a 1 night stay in this Property .The location is very nice , very beautiful lobby , check in was smooth , Rooms were very nice . In the food & Beverages division the Breakfast Spread was very good , Taste was above average
As an area of Improvement , I found 2 things :--
The breakfast was served in the Restaurent in a separate wing of the building . Though Elevator was in working condition , I think emergency exit is something which should be the first thing a property owner should focus on . I understand that construction is going on but in this I found the stair case in the under construction stage. 1st Preference should be given to the emergency Exit & then food can be served from the restaurent . Correct me if I am wrong
Most tragedies happen due to correct things not being at the place like Fire Extinguishers , Proper Emergency exit etc
2nd Area of improvement is door mat & Hand towel not being found in the bathroom
My stay was nice & I will come back for sure
