last week stayed at this property. It was a family trip. It was my 4th time visit to this hotel believe me the same hospitality I got. Hats off to you guys. Check in was fast with friendly staff. Got room at 6 that floor cool and calm. B/f was really amazing. You have almost every thing to eat. My flight was late so they allowed me to stay late evening with out extra charge that u guys once again. Just perfect I will recommend this hotel to my friends. Will visit again.

The hotel staff is nice, and the breakfast is also ok.
At the time of entry, they will ask you to fill up a long form, where exit time is also asked, but no one came to my room to take the luggage for doing check out. Whats the point !!

Centrally located. Nice variety of restaurants. Food is yummy. Courteous staff. Overall my experience is good.
Kebabs Villa restaurant serves live grill which is a must try.
Double check with hotel for room confirmation as we had a small glitch during our booking.

Thought of spending a some fun filled New Year in this property but was totally dejected considering the attitude / hospitality of the front desk so called Reception.(Mind it, it was pre-booked through MMTC)
Drove for 8 hrs from Goa and checked in after stipulated check in time to get a twin bed room for 2+1 family (what a pathetic planning of the hotel staff) . After confronting they promised to shift by evening which we agreed as was too tired to talk.
Went out in evening giving a reminder of room change which they "promised" that it will be done before we come back.
We came back little late by 22:30 hrs to my horror blank faces of the staff as shift had changed led to heated argument for false promises. However it ended past mid night family lingering in lobby till then. Well this was worst experience considering my travels /stays all over
I regret to say made a big mistake :
Some points
- Rooms are very clumbsy even for 2+1
- Parking is horrible (Valet is required every time you drive in)
- Food is so so as the cutlery has lost its glaze
Overall experience was very pathetic except the valet parking was very prompt and efficient.

I had used this hotel as transit to go to some other place. Good rooms but food is expensive. need to improve on the room service as i had to remind them what i had asked them 15 min back. when i have requested again for water instead of sending me he said its chargeable. everyone knows no items free in room service expect the water bottle which is already there extra will be charged.
