My daughter booked this Hotel for me and my wife using 'Make My Trip.Com' site and paid in advance Rs. 4100 per day, for a room shown in the advertisement. When we visited the Hotel late night, we were shocked to find a very small room. The fittings were not properly done. When we complained that the kettle point is not working, they expressed inability to correct the fault and asked us to order tea from the kitchen. The only towel in the bathroom was not at all worth any use. The bathroom sink was chocked and water immediately started accumulating. The TV was there but subscriptions to almost every important entertainment program were unpaid. Hence we could not watch the TV as well. There is no driver facility and if you take your driver he would hyave to sleep on a sofa and use the public toilets. No parking facility. The vehicles are parked in the open across the road.And the next day you will find your vehicle covered with tarred dust.In the morning when we complained these points to the reception staff they expressed helplessness.

Only the rooms are decent, but food at the place and the location do not justify the price they charge. Only the morning buffet is fine, the thali and the dinner they provid are unpalatable. I don't suggest the hotel if you expect decent food.

All I can say is except for their food, everything else here was very very average. I booked a single room (which is the smallest I've ever been in) and it was by no means cheap.The bed was really tiny as well. Bathroom fittings were rusting and the Lenin smelt similar to that we get in railways. Staff was cordial but very unprofessional.

This is very tired kind of Hotel. Rooms are very small and unhygienic bathrooms. Need lot to refresh the property. It was my first stay due to recommendations by my friend , but surprised to see the hotel quality of rooms and other infra of hotel.

It's is ideally located with easy access to the city. My colleague was stay in hotel from he has been experienced very poor and really not good at all. He came from China........... Pls. Take care for the next time and give better experience to us in hotel....
