We had a pleasant stay here for couple of days. Restaurant was pretty good and they accommodated customisations we asked for kids.
It's away from the noisy city centre and that makes the roof top restaurant more fantastic.
If you're traveling with kids and near by temples are in your agenda, then I strongly recommend to stay here.

Room was clean and good. Service was excellent. Staff are very very responsive. Chettinaud restaurant in the ground floor has awesome food. Breakfast buffet at rooftop is really good.
I stayed there last week for 4 nights. Everything was so good other than the slow wifi. I stayed there alone and I had a busy schedule of personal work.. I had to keep family and friends informed that I am safe, with slow wifi available. I did not have an Indian mobile number or data. But somehow I managed.
I did not have to mention about the slow wifi except for 2 reasons:
1. Mr George (supervisor/manager/whatever) .. had a little chat with him at rooftop restaurant during breakfast.. He asked me to give my review in trip adviser.. I said I would do it later.. he did not trust me.. he peeped into my device wanting me to download trip adviser app(an app which i do not want, especially when I am managing with the slow wifi you were providing).. So.. here I go.. Mr George.. I have given my review.. without downloading trip adviser app.. I am back home in Malaysia.. Thank you for your hospitality. You don't have to download the app to give a review.
2. Dear Mr George's boss.. I don't think its the right way to reward your staff based on trip adviser review.. The world is fast.. people are busy.. we often don't take time to stop and say "Thank you".. that doesn't mean that your service is bad.
My over all stay was wonderful and very comfortable.
My heartiest thanks to all the staff for the making my stay awesome.

I have been staying this property regularly and i have stayed many hotels in Trichy for my Business Visit. I find this hotel is best for my stay and convenient for my work. This property is also near to airport and the rooms and food is awesome. Excellent staff service. Very economical!

Good hotel lots of varieties and tasty food.
Organiser Mr George Joseph for breakfast and lunch is such a nice person . Diner excelent can't forget Mr Edbin .
Roof top team are very friendly.
And must not forget about the front office and the room service felt as home doing wonderfull service
noisy song at kannapa reduce a little bit.
