Very comfortable room, spacious, professional service at the check in counter and good breakfast standard. Hotel is ~30 min from airport, depending on traffic conditions. Nearby there are few spots reachable on foot such as the theatre and the Arasan, a wellness and SPA centre built during the Soviet Union. A must do if you enjoy SPA.

Being a Tour director, had a group of 17 members, we stayed here for 5 nights.
Right from check in to Check out - Service was very Good.
Staff Ms.Ainura, Chef Ms.Valentina,Stewards and room service every one were at there best and truly welcoming hotel. only challenge they have one Lift, Of course it works fine.

I always ask for a quiet room when I book online. I bring earplugs, but I prefer not to use them. When I checked in, they put me in a second floor room facing the front of the hotel, which is on a busy (noisy) street. I called and explained my issue and they were happy to accommodate my request to change to another room⦠by moving me to the third floor in a room facing the front of the hotel. At least I applaud the effort. The room was clean and was nicely laid out.
Itâs a nice hotel with adequate furnishings. Nothing luxurious, and nothing dingy. The breakfast was a buffet and provided several options, although the nicest tables all had reserved signs on them, and went unused during the time I was there.
The location is good if you are sightseeing. I ended up walking to most places from this hotel.

I was very satisfied with this hotel and can strongly recommend it. The room I had was quite big, very well appointed, clean and silent.
I like the small gifts, like shoehorn, slippers....
The breakfast was on a good quality with a quite broad choice. WIFI was free and unlimited.
The best for me was the geographical place, really we placed in the center and close to all places.
The staff was very helpful, maybe except of the reception who was quite arrogant and the reason why I didn´t gave the max points, also because they tried to cheat me. I paid the shuttle service (excellent quality with luxury limousine) from and to the airport at the arrival. I forgot to ask for a receipt and than an new person at the reception wanted that I pay it again, because there was no receipt.
Fortunately the driver could confirm it as well that I paid it at the arrival. Good service but please ask for a receipt.

Very nice hotel with beautiful evergreen trees in the front, separating it from street.
Very good room, breakfast. I always appreciate large size swimming pool to do laps.
Only stayed 1 night but the pool was great, probably 15 meters in length.
