I recently have visited the Grand Hyatt and had a great time. They have very clean rooms, good security and all the amenities. But the best place is their lounge area. I had the pleasure of having Ahmed Awwad as my server for a whole week and a half and he is by far the best server I have ever had. He brings what I believe every hotel should which is friendship, service and an enjoyable time. Always willing to go the extra effort to make you feel at home in a country you're not from. I'd give this hotel 5 stars just because of Ahmad.

The best hotel in Amman. Highly recommended for all tourists wants to visit Amman, Jordan. We love also the great job of the hotel stuff especially the butler for royal suite Mr. Sameer. Thank you for making our stay more convinient. God Bless.

The Grand Hyatt may be a little dated in its decor, but itâs seasoned nature shines through with its service. I spent 3 nights on a business trip on the Club Floor which I can only desribe as a fantastic experience, with the added bonus of mixing with fellow traveller in the club lounge, were staff do their level best to make people feel at home and mingle. A special word of thanks to Executive Chef Thomas Brosnan who went out of his way to make our trip special. I will certainly be back.

A hotel which I would recommend to stay. surrounding different from usual, need to see to evaluate the beauty of the area. Hotel and staff outstanding, always available to assist and support all my needs. Good food and hospitality

Grand Hyatt, an old luxury hotel located in the heart of Jordan in Amman. One the best places to stay at while your visiting Jordan, from the service to the amazing food that is supervised and made by the amazing executive master Chef Thomas. At the grand Hyatt you should get your toll rate with breakfast as the breakfast is extravagant their and the food is delicious and the breakfast served is international that fits every customers needs. Also, you will get the chance to meet the amazing master chef Thomas. Also, while staying at the amazing grand Hyatt hotel you should check out and try LâIncontro restaurant that is managed and made by the amazing super talented Italian chef Pablo. Chef Pablo is an axing chef that welcomes you with an amazing smile and youâll have great food with good prices. I would personally like to thank chef Pablo for the amazing food him and his treat does and that the food never fails and never goes under the standards.
