Been staying at the Grand Hyatt a lot lately as have been travelling to Goa for work a lot, I usually don't write reviews but thought I must give credit where due, so here goes!
The staff are welcoming and remembered all my preferences, Duty Manager Samuel as always was the best and very very helpful..
This time around they upgraded me to a huge suite with a private jacuzzi on the balcony and pool and bay view... Too bad I was travelling alone and staying for a day only, would have enjoyed it more if my wife was travelling or I was staying a bit longer...
Thanks for everything guys! The hotel is perfect, I love it!!

Went for a week long stay with family. Family was happy with the entire experience. Rooms provided enough privacy and yet direct access to the beach.

Good resort .huge resort.. but worst service provider.
You wont accept any help from the staff.specially reception guy was very rude..
Cart service was easially available.they wont wait for the guests.they wont even ask..they didnt even had change to return..
Not at all polite...
Not value for money.we booked this resort appox 4 months in advance still we got the room in last section..6th villa
I would not recommend this place as there is nothing to enjoy in this resort..
Food was nothing special.
Breakfast was the worst...very bad staff..
Very BAD experience...
Please check other resorts... before entering this place...

It was the worst experience ever. We came with great expectations but made us unhappy, though the view of the hotel was nice and breakfast was nice. We were very disappointed with the staff, they were not helpful at all. The bell boy saw us struggling with the luggage but didn't come to help us. We even told him to help us but he refused and walked away and started grumbling behind the back. Secondly at the time of checkout we had called the front office thrice to take away our luggages. We were waiting for almost one and half hour outside the garden but no one turned out. At last we had to carry our own luggages all the way from row no 6 to the reception. It was surprising for us to see such kind of service in a 5 star hotel. I have visited hyatt Pune and hyatt place Goa but their service is excellent then grand Goa. I just wanted to know whether this grand hyatt Goa is only For VIP people ? I think so... Name is grand but service is poor. I am very sorry to say this but we were very dissatisfied with your service and behavior.

We were in Grand Hyatt for 2 nights and loved the property. Its huge, so green and spacious! The rooms are spacious, housekeeping is great! The have so much open space to rest and relax. A sprawling lawn, pool side, spa, yoga center etc. They have board games too! The bar is nice for a couple of drinks. However the only reason why I would not rate them 5 stars is because the food was very average and we really hope they can work on it! Yes, it is on the expensive side, but totally worth it!
