Spent one night here close to airport and good shuttle transfers. Biggest hotel I have stayed in. Lacking many 5 star features. No fresh milk in room or biscuits on tray. Staff have mostly only basic English so could not get fresh milk when requested only more poor quality powder sachets. No porter to help to and from room with luggage. Good selection of hot and cold buffet, but limited western choice for 5 star.

Good clean hotel. Close to Airport and the Incheon business district. Swell restaurant was clean and quick. Breakfast area was cluttered and not picked up quickly with the turnover of the AM customers. Tables were cleaned after every customers departure.

This is a very comfortable and welcoming hotel with friendly and helpful staff which offers very good facilities. The restaurant has excellent catering, offering both hot and cold dishes suitable for all nationalities.

The Grand Hyatt is very close to INC airport in Seoul, South Korea. They have a shuttle service for both terminals and the hotel is fabulous! The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable and very spacious. The shower is huge and even has a bathtub. The staff speaks English and was very friendly and accommodating. I checked in early and took the shuttle to the airport to catch the train to downtown Seoul for dinner with family, before returning to the hotel for my last night in S. Korea. It was very convenient! I highly recommend it if you want to stay conveniently close to the airport in luxury and comfort.

We stayed here as we had a flight the next day and the room was a wow factor. We stayed on the 7th floor and had views of the airport. The restaurant was way out of our price range however had room service which was quick and delicious. They also catered for us (vegan). Staff were lovely. Bus service to and from both terminals every 20 minutes.
