My room was very nicely appointed and the sleep quality here was excellent. The room service was reasonably priced and quite good. It was easy to take Ubers to and from the hotel for business meetings and for sightseeing.
I did not experience good service at the on-site restaurants, and thatâs why I didnât give it five stars. On the first full day I was there, I went to one of the restaurants, and waited 45 minutes for an order of grilled salmon when there were about four other people in the restaurant. The next day, I got a cappuccino by the pool, and asked for a glass of water, and they brought me a tiny water bottle and charged me a lot for it. Finally, I wanted to go to Sunday brunch without a reservation. There were about 15 open tables inside, and the maître dâ wanted me to sit outside in the sun. He eventually relented and allowed me to sit inside.

Thank you Hyatt! Loved my stay with you and really enjoyed your hospitality for the last three days of my holidays around Brazil. Although it wasnât sunny loved the lunch by the pool and the service and food were superb! Hotel and rooms are beautiful, staff are all excellent and special thanks to Natalia from HR to showing me around! Thank you! Iâll be back :)

The Grand Hyatt is the best business hotel in the city, meeting rooms are good and they comform to what you need in terms of technology and support.
Rooms have great views of the city and the river.
You wonât go wrong in this hotel, be prepared to pay a premium.

Good place to stay for business while in SP if your business is near the location. Also close to a shopping mall that has a variety of restaurants as well. Great variety of food and excellent Japanese restaurant.
