Nice hotel in central Jakarta. The hotel is quite a new one, so I was happy to see that all the rooms and floors were clean and shiny. Easy to go to almost anywhere makes this hotel great especially for tourist.

This is one of more comfortable hotel. Especially for the service, when i forget about my clothes on the cupboard, he ( Mr. Rizky as a person in charge) give me an information, clearly & give me an option how to handle that clothes.
But sometimes, I've lost my signal & internet access in the room :(

First time to visit the hotel during our conference. Clean lobby, warm welcome and breakfast is super delicious. Service at the Restaurant is very attentive. Very satisfied and will come back. Excellent

Jakarta is all about location depending on where you do business. This was convenient for accessing various directions and also not far for a bit of luxury shopping and relaxation. Great bed linen which standard in this property chain and excellent service with additional business arrangements - helpful and courteous.
Security is a priority and appreciated. Large rooms although a little plain. Average food and drinks but still good quality. Fantastic value.

It is not expensive to stay at the Grand Mercure Harmoni. Given the price of ~US$80 a night excluding breakfast, one would not expect the quality or service of top hotels, but this is a great example of "good enough".
The location was fine, with the inevitable traffic jam during peak hours. There is a McDonalds right next to the ibis adjacent to the hotel, so when you want to skip the 200k IDR breakfast (that's the price if you don't book the package with breakfast included), you can easily do so. The food at the breakfast was mediocre.
The room itself was reasonably spacious, but the desk was unfortunately small. Not the best option for the business traveler. The bed was a bit old and as were the sheets, but at least it felt clean.
The best thing about the room was the hot water, which worked perfectly. The shower was sufficiently hot and powerful. The towels, however, were thin and well used.
The bottomline is that this is inexpensive and the quality sufficient for the price.
