I visited Amman on November, and we booked double rooms from November 10th till November 17th through a travelling agency in Kuwait, but were surprised that the
paid reservation wasn't delivered on time, yet the staff did their best to solve our problem, so they gave a us double rooms nonetheless. (I remember how Mr. Firas helped us) so regarding the staff all of them were great, friendly, and cooperative (10 out of 10). The breakfast buffet was very delicious, and Mr Rami was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were bigger comparing to the Orchard Hotel Singapore (which from the Millennium hotel chains) However I have some notes:
1- There are some spots on the rooms floors and walls
2- The washing sink was plugged and the staff fixed it after we notified them twice
3- Ear cottons weren't included in my bathroom
4- There was no iron, I had to order one from the house keeping
I hope the grand company of Millennium hotels chain would take such notes into consideration, because I had some note at the Orchard Hotel Singapore, and my friend told me once she has some note regarding Millennium hotels chain, especially they are rated as five star hotels.
Again: the staff at Amman's Grand Millennium hotel were perfect, friendly and cooperative; so is the management.

Spend one night at this hotel. This hotel was clean , friendly staff, good service. Food was excellent. Lots of choices with dessert and salad bar. I especially loved breakfast . They had a big variety of different freshly baked breads which I loved as I am a bread lover.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful Hotel! it was really exceptional stay.We really appreciated each one of the Hotel team (Concierge team, The Excellent Reception Team ; i would love to thank Mr. Saleem Rabieh, and Mr.Ahmad Khoja and all the team for their very professionalism , their great welcoming and generosity :)
Regarding the room: The comfort of the beds and the clean white feel of the modern smart room were really amazing, you smell the atmosphere of the luxury in every corner. Would like to thank the house keeping and room service for their appreciated efforts and specially Mr.Rami Fawzi from Food Market, his efforts and quality of service were more than amazing.we are overwhelmed Grand Millennium Hotel-Amman. We wished we could have stayed longer.
Thank you so Much for making our anniversary so exceptional,,It was a day to be remembered Jan 19th 2018.

Amassing hotel very clean and nice . Beautiful loopy the staff very nice quick service and very good breakfast and great service in the restaurant the hotel in the heart of Amman many shops and pharmacy near the hotel .

I was invited by my friend who is staying in this hotel to have a breakfast, and I have to say that I was surprised with the nice atmosphere and excellent welcoming staff of the hotel. Everyone is ready to answer all your questions. I was impressed with the restaurant manager (Mr. Ramy), he is everywhere in the restaurant, welcoming guests and offering his help. very professional and refined gentleman.
