I stayed here with my family including two young children on a two week holiday to Japan and it was the best hotel that we stayed in during our two week stay. Our triple room wasn't massive, but really very good by Japanese standards and there was enough room for the four of us and our bags without tripping over each other or our bags. There was a nice big bathroom with a bath, and and abundance of high quality toiletries. We were upgraded to an executive room, possibly because I had requested a room with a view of the Rainbow Bridge which was not provided. Instead we were given a room on the Executive Floor, and while we weren't granted the Executive Lounge privileges, the room itself was very nice and it had a complimentary mini bar! We love our booze, and didn't even get through the complimentary mini bar provisions in the three nights we were there (we were of course eating and drinking out however).
This was a great hotel - quick, efficient check in, and a very comfortable room. On the first night we realised that I had left my phone on the limousine bus from Narita Airport to Tokyo Terminal Station, and the concierge kindly made calls and helped us make arrangements to retrieve my phone. We used the complimentary shuttle to Disneyland (booked in advance) which was great. The convenience store just downstairs was, well, very convenient. As such, we didn't use any of the restaurants or bars on site. Nor did we seek out the gym, pool etc.
In summary, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. It was excellent value as it felt like a luxury hotel but without the price. I'd stay here again.

This is one of the more reasonably priced hotel in the area. It's a little distance to all the action but still within walking distance. I'm spoilt because I was driving.
Everything you would expect from a Japanese hotel: clean, comfortable, etc
I apologize for the brief reviews I have been writing these days. Gone are the times where I write super-detailed reviews on a hotel, unless it is exceptionally good or bad. After much travelling, I realized what you do in the day, sights that fascinate you, food that captivate you, locals who are hospitable to you, are so much more important than the bed you sleep on at night. So take in the sights and don't let other unimportant stuff distract you from having a good time.

We recently stayed 2 nights at the Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba after a skiing trip in Northern Hokkaido. We love Tokyo, and would normally choose to stay closer to the center of the city, but we actually found the location of this hotel to be very convenient as well. And given it costs about half the price of a central Tokyo hotel of a similar standard, itâs well worth considering.
It is incredibly easy to get to and from Haneda airport - only 20 mins and 500Y on the Limousine Bus. And if youâre interested in going to Tokyo Disneyland, the hotel has free âGood Neighborâ Shuttle buses there and back. (You need to book both with concierge ahead of time though)
The Odaiba area has lots of restaurants and shops to explore, and it is just a short monorail ride across the rainbow bridge to connect with the Yamamote line - which will get you to most other parts of Tokyo.
The hotel rooms were very comfortable and had almost a touch of Disney to them. Our only one complaint was that at times we could hear noise from the room adjoining ours. It wasnât a huge problem, but surprising in a hotel of this quality. That said - our kid were in a room down the hall from us, and didnât have the same problem, so maybe we were just unlucky.

This hotel is close to Tokyo Disney Land and not in the center of Tokyo. However, it has great shopping malls and tons of restaurants within a five minute walk. We reserved a room on the executive floor where we got VIP treatment! We checked in on the 27th floor where there was also a club room. In the club room, they offered drinks and all kinds of snacks. Alcoholic drinks were available after 5pm. You serve yourself. The view was wonderful from the lounge. Also, we opted to have breakfast included with the room. It is really worth it because it will cost about $35/person if you get it separately. We reserved a table at the restaurant on the 30th floor. First of all, the view was incredible and the food was great. It was all Western food up there. When we had to leave on the limousine bus to the airport, they kept our bags at the front desk then loaded them into the bus for us. The service was wonderful. We will definitely stay there again!

My only problem is that there is NO GYM IN THE HOTEL!! This is crazy for a 5-star luxury hotel. There is a gym in the adjacent shopping plaza, but you have to pay $16 per visit, even if you are a guest at the hotel. Even so the gym doesnât open until 9am??!! Likewise, there is no pool in the hotel; that is, the pool is located in the adjacent gym, so you have to pay to enter, etc. Even if you did pay, children under 16 are not allowed entry. I am sure the neighbouring Hilton does not suffer from these shortcomings...
