booked the room for five days, room category was deluxe, nothing more comparing to the base category room, but the amount difference is huge. The person who was in Front desk while check-in was having good attitude and was helpful, the entire team was very friendly and helpful except the person who handled the checkout, was rude and didnt have any option to pay though card, i doubt his intention. Good location and nice hoteld

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in Oct 17. Great location with easy metro connectivity, one of Delhiâs best shopping district is all around the hotel. So one can shop a lot of cheap roadside stuff anytime.
The area is always crowded being a market place so not much room for parking near the hotel.
The food served for room service was excellent and the service at all times was prompt.
Try to get a room above the 1st floor as it can get noisy there.
Would recommend for solo or small family travellers.
Only negative is the standard room is not that great so suggest a deluxe room for more comfort.

Come out of hotel and you have the biggest market of Delhi: Karol Bagh market. Walk just 100 meters and you gain the metro station, Karol Bagh, that connects to the entire city. So best thing about this hotel is location. Staff is nice and there are variety of options to choose from in complimentary buffet breakfast. Room interiors are aesthetic. Though I was travelling alone, couples would like it even better. All in all good memories added about the 2 days of my life I spent here.

i was travelling solo "best place to stay" Within close vicinity you have the options for shopping and Delhi's Historical monuments. The hotel does a fantastic spread of breakfast and the staff is always ready to assist be it early morning or late night. Although my stay was only for 3 days but since the property is well connected with public transportation, I could cover a lot of places. All in all I am definitely coming back for a longer duration on my next visit. Cheers to the hotel staff and the hotel management.

Stayed here for one night though, staff was courteous and helpful, splendid stay indeed.
Close to the metro station and to main areas like Connaught Place , Khan market etc
The staff was very helpful for arranging transportation facility.
