Hotel need some attention of management!
Hygiene level must be checked. Rooms really needs renovation, some painting and cleaning can do wonder.
Staffs are very good, well behaved and soft spoken!!!
Food is not so good not so bad!! It was okey.
Overall one more try can be given!

I went there for work and the location was very convenient. But furniture is old and carpets are dirty. Rooms on each side of the corridor have windows opening on walls - so very dark. I ended up negotiating a room on the back street which was nice, clean and clear. The breakfast buffet is very good, the staff is nice and wifi is fast. As this is a busy street with lots of buses and shops, all rooms are noisy. It would benefit from a change of furniture, and get rid of the dirty carpets.

Situated at a place closer to the National stadium where cricket matches are played
Also a supermarket within the building which is very helpful
Road side is always very busy and traffic and the trishaws are very strange as it is covered from all sides with iron mesh
Just few blocks away you get a money ðµ changer, go to the first floor.
Places of shopping just few blocks away where you could buy good quality stuff and genuine leather stuff too

I stayed here for 3 horrible weeks while I was interning at the Grameen Bank. It does not look anything like the photos. The rooms are disgustingly dirty, you can not breath because the air is so dirty in the rooms from cigarette smoke. There are cockroaches in the bathrooms. The beds are very uncomfortable and the sheets are stained. This would be understandable if it was a cheap hotel, but it is not cheap. Very expensive for what it is. The housekeeping staff are very nice but the receptions staff were rude and unhelpful and tried to get as much money out of you as they could. If you are interning at Grameen I recommend staying further away and commuting to the office everyday. Do not stay here!!!!! But I must say the dhal at the breakfast buffet is delish

This hotel was somewhat scary when I arrived but I am glad to say things started getting better afterwards.
I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. The room was very very old looking but the bed sheets were clean and so were the provided towels.
In Dhaka hotels are surprisingly expensive. For what it is this hotel is also expensive.
The location in Mirpur was very convenient for me.
The staff is pleasant, even offered me their own phone to call locally. Yet when I asked about a taxi they acted more like they were hesitant to get me one instead asking where I am going and when making me feel like they were trying to offer me their hotel transportation which was quite expensive. It actually costs less to use the expensive taxis from the airport than it does to use the hotels transportation from the airport to hotel.
Once you are inside the hotel you are safe despite the chaos that looks to take place in this very busy neighbourhood.
There is a plaza next to the hotel with a supermarket which is very convenient.
The air conditioning worked fine and the free internet also worked well.
After staying at this hotel I went twice back to Dhaka and although the location of this hotel is quite convenient for my needs I chose to stay somewhere else only because the rooms are too old and the price quite expensive for what this hotel has to offer.
