This is supposed to be the best place to stay in Cuttack. This was not a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was worst, damp rooms full of moist floors. The mosquitoes are plenty everywhere. The best way to stay in Bhubaneswar. the ambiance was not so great, nor the surrounding area is pleasant. Food is so-so.

good location, in the city, near to bus stand.rooms are good.main thing is outstanding behavior of the staff,courtesy , hospitality nd logistic support to overcome from any problem just speechless nd amazing breakfast is great..food quality is nice.reception people are wonderful,have to improve in cleanliness

It is a hotel situated in cuttack which does not equipped with hospitality even though i had to wait at least 20 min to check in the hotel .there is no complementary Water bottle for the guest ,the drinking water bottle's price out side of hotel was 15/- but hotel has charged 42 /- .No nominal politeness of the staff has shown to me .really a worst experience with Hotel Grand residency ,Cuttack

good location, in the city, near to bus stand.rooms are good. but need more cleaning and maintenance. service is ok. breakfast is great..food quality is nice.reception people are wonderful,have to improve in cleanliness

I have to make visit though out the country for my official duties . More than 5 years visited to this Hotel and experience thereon on each visit compelled me to write review nd sharing my experience for prospective visitors of not only Cuttack but also Bhubaneshwar . Hotel rooms are specious, hygienic, excellent room service,very good conference hall..... but the main thing is outstanding behavior of the staff,courtesy , hospitality nd logistic support to overcome from any problem just speechless nd amazing . Really feel its as my home whenever visited.
