It was a good hotel with friendly and helpfull staffs. I walked-in on Saturday afternoon (7/May/16) as I was disappointed by another hotel which I booked a month before through the reservation agent or its staff. So I walked nearby and found Grand Tiga Mustika Hotel. The receptionist, Ms. Yuliana, welcomed warmly, provided clear information and made a good offer! I took the family room with reasonable rate including dinner and breakfast, local newspaper and wifi connection. Hotel has pool and close access to main road and Bakapai Park.
There were minor issues which I could tolerate, such as, dinner needs dessert and hot/cold drinks for completion. Telephone and mirror lighting were not working but was soon fixed by engineering. We were 3 adults but there were only 2 bath towels but it was delivered soon when requested. Overall it didn't ruin my stay there.
Nice courtesy and service too by Sisju Adi, responsible for the Housekeeping but he's quite going around the area. Any inquiries were also delivered to room immediately.
Good hotel and staffs service to stay! Will stay there again when visiting my brother and recommend to my friends.

I stayed 1 night yesterday with my family . In the evening my room was not too cool, so i complaining to the staff. After an hour the staff recomended to change room. But after i change the room, the problem is still the same. And in the middle the night i complaining again, but staff just recomended to change the room, but the room that we want to go is having the same problem. In this morning when i tell my problem to my friend that alsoy stay there in 4th and 5th florr are having the same problem
So to grand tiga mustika hotel, please fix the air con so your customer enjoy stay in your hotel

I stayed at room 521 for 3 nights for work. I asked for non smoking room. When I entered the room, the room reeks of cigarette smells. The room was not so clean and looks old-fashioned.
At the night, it's very noisy, like someone dragging chairs outside the room. So I and my friend can't sleep well.
The breakfast was lack of variation.

I must admit this hotel is far away from nice accommodation. However, if you just want to stay for one night to get some sleep, then you're OK. My company booked me for one night just because they cannot find any hotels available during weekdays. I stayed at room 317, big room with extra bed, but not so clean and looks so old fashioned, and although it has a great sea-view. But I got problem with air condition, very old ones not really comfortable, also the TV remote was broken, so I have ask to be repaired, even they have to change with new one.
Breakfast is so poor, little variations of food, poor service. Definitely, I am not going back to this hotel for vacation.

I stayed here for 2 nights in order to work and vacation. comfortable hotel to rest. food offered is also quite tasty. no pool. easy to travel anywhere, close to the city center. do not regret staying here.
