Don't be fooled by the location. The road to the resort was closed. It opened only after 7pm and we had taken an early morning flight from Delhi. Nobody informed us about the condition of the road. The rooms were small and the washrooms were pathetic! The food was disastrous! Overall it was a bad experience!

Resort was good but the road to this resort was under construction. The road is closed from 7am to 7pm. Now if u want to be back early it's difficult. The detour was 40km extra drive and was through a very dangerous route. This was an important information which should have been conveyed to us by the resort staff.
The hot water was also a mystery.. sometimes it used to come sometimes not. All taps had a leak.
I think it would have been a better experience in Munnar if I was in a different resort.

I had stayed there with my family for 2 days of my Kerala tour. Great place with a wonderful view. You can see the clouds below, as it is nested on top of a hill. Free Wi-fi in the restaurant. Good food and facilities.

I had stayed with my family in this resort for 3 nights and 4 days. The first thing I liked to say about this resort is that people are really good and helpful. The resort environment is good. Though its located in the slanting ground, but hotel management made sure no guest will have to face any issue in terms walking from the lower ground to high ground. Jeep and room service is always available. Food is really good. Special thanks Mr.Albert to help me in finding the different routes.
We had stayed in Super Deluxe room. Room is neat and clean. Had a balcony with good view.

Excellent place..beautiful view of nature and mountains covered with Fog..Excellent food and service as well. the staff was very courteous ..liked the overall ambience..would recommend this to any one..esp during Indian summers
