On the positive side is the great view down the valley first to mention. The rooms are as to be expected from a 3 1/2 star hotel, the balconies are really spacious and secluded. The breakfast is okay, weâd have wished for more choices - but non-westerns might see this different. The restaurant was good if one picks the right dishes and the menu is large enough to keep you busy for a few evenings. Personnel has some little difficulties with english language, but is friendly and happy to help. The pool is great, but here comes the big BUT: no sun beads, not even one single chair! On repeated requests the management supplied two normal chairs with bathing towels and little stools. This was very distracting for us, we wouldnât have booked this place if we knew before. This clearly isnât adequate, especially since the hotelâs website shows sunbeds at the pool. So in our opinion, our 4 point rating was achieved just so.

If you have an option for honeymoon in Yercard, this is the best place to stay and enjoy you life. This guys will make your day with some special arrangement which you never expect to get in the hotel like this.

Wonderful experience, from check in until check out. Very friendly staff and well maintained rooms. The view from the rooms are breathtaking and balcony in all rooms is an added advantage of this hotel. Will definitely choose to stay here in my next trip. Food prices are a little high, so might have to look for alternative options. Otherwise this is the best property in Yercaud...Must stay.

I went on January with my husband for a small honeymoon and was the best experience, they decorate the room with flowers, gave us a chocolate cake... the staff was very nice and polite, the Hotel and the room was clean.
The hotel has the best views and had good activities. They need to improve the spa because they have only massage room (very good massages).
We also did 2 excursions, the first trekking around the mountain close to the hotel (the tour guide was amazing) and the other around the village, visiting the view points, the waterfalls and the lake.
The breakfast was delicious but the last day of our stay they didn't open on time... suppose to be open at 7:30 and they opened at 8:45.
But mas experience was very good, of course if I have the chance I will come back.

Positives: 1. Breathtaking views 2. Friendly and customer-oriented staff 3. Adventure and campfire activities were well-run
Negatives:1. Checkout process can be streamlined 2. Our room was too close to the road, so the traffic sounds were a bit of an irritant 3. The restaurant could be spruced up
