It is good hotel but bad service only one man working at night when you require any things you should wait more than hour's
There is good swimming bool and nice room but it is far away from service you should go by car

The resort has a beautiful location with backwaters around it. It has a nice clean swimming pool running throughout the day and night as well. Also there is a view point where you can see the sun setting behind the backwaters in the resort which makes the place even better.
We were welcomed with a drink and given an upgraded room facing the swimming pool. The view from the room was very nice and one can enjoy the balcony.
The bathroom was extremely small but fitted with most modern amenities. Water was leaking from the drain pipes but I didn't complain about it. The room was comfortable. The blanket wasn't put in cover and for that sheets were provided which caused some discomfort. All the services offered were very good and the housekeeping staff was also nice.
People at the reception were really supportive and always wore a smile. I really loved their hospitality.
The buffet breakfast was nice and dinner could have been better. The place also has a bar and so for liquor you don't have to move out. You can always order that in your room or the viewpoint. They made great snacks. The restaurant staff was very well spoken and supportive.
Overall it was a nice stay and we enjoyed the activities like basketball, badminton etc. inside the resort as well.

I had been there wid my wife after cuming from thekkady. Staff is very courteous and humble. Restaurant serves wide variety menu in breakfast. Taken north indian veg. Lunch and dinner here, dishez were really so tasty wid gud portion size. Property location and view is very nice. Swimingpool was also neat n clean.

Went there for a veg lunch. They provided veg lunch.
Rice, Sambar,Avial and moru curry (Butter milk curry)
Charged: Rs.100 for Sambar (Could not found a single piece of vegetable)
Avaial: Rs.100 (only potato)
Moru curry: Rs.100
Rice: Rs.90.
Total Rs.390 + Cgst and Gst. for vegetarian meal.
This is a kind of cheating.
I been to Taj (Savoy) hotel at Ooty recently and the food was fantastic and the rate was normal.

Food not so good . Bath tub was stained and there was a damp smell in the rooms specially bathroom's. There were small spiders in the room too. Need to improve in all these. Good things are the outdoor area . Good pool and gym .
KTDC Bird santuary one of the attractions there horrible. We visited morning hours and it was a waste . Did not see a single bird and got plenty of mosquito bites.
