Located in the main road, quiet area of city center.
Staying in spacious & comfortable Grand Deluxe room with nice view of the city as it was located on higher floors. I got complimentary executive lounge on the 16th floor. Useful when you need to wait for your room ready after check in or wait for your flight time after check out.
Food is delicious for both snack time and lunch during the meeting. Breakfast is also good.
Just 2 comments for hotel improvement:
- Hotel missed to pick me at the airport on arrival.
- Hotel staff did not know how to operate coffee machine in the executive lounge.

My first visit and enjoyed it. The people are very friendly, the facilities were good. What I like most was the breakfast combination. Great mix and the tastes were great. Overall, a very good experience.

Quick check in and check out, spacious room (my room is new deluxe room), comfy bed, various food and beverage for breakfast, nearby paragon mal and jl pandanaran (pusat oleh-oleh). Definitely will comeback when visiting Semarang.

The location is good near many eateries right outside the hotel. The hotel itself is comfortable though needs repairs like the ceilings of the lobby have leaks and their toilet lobby is not well maintained. The towels in our roon are also a bit worn and stained.
Overall our room is spacious and we had a pleasant stay . Their staff are very welcoming and friendly. And they also ptovide free shuttle bus to the shopping mall nearby.

Hmmm one thing which disturb us was about the way to pool. Feels so uncomfortable. Should through fitness room. And we both should separate through the ladies n men room before we reach the pool.
Why not just open the door which close to elevator? So we can easily reach the pool?
