The Room size was big, beds very comfortable WC & shower room with all the facilities, food was excellent, all personnel very smiley and helpful at all times, Spa area and swimming pool very good, daily animation for children and adults good, the hotel managers very professionals, assisting us greatly in many occasions. Tips for improvement: - the animation room needs more ventilation because with many people inside during the events it was not smelling good - Free minibus for ski transport to and from the Lift and Thermae - Bigger Relaxing Area with Lighted Fire place and Sofa arm chairs in the Bar area instead of the existing small tables and chairs - More chairs in the Spa area to accommodate the number of people entering at a time - Hotel cooperation with Thermae for daily Group value prices like the family rates on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Not my style !

This is typical French family club hotel but not my style at all. We had half board and the food is quite poor, buffet with limited choice and almost like school cantine. Rooms very small as well as the bath. The shower cabin is ridiculously small you almost can't move in it. If you want to have a drink before dinner it's impossible because there are activities for French families with an entartainer called Chouchou shouting old and clear all the time. No space for rest of after ski.
Lovely 'hotel' club

First time stayed in MMV accommodation and we love its:
Location - few minutes walk to the Le Bettex Telecabin station and 10 to 15 minutes walk to the Saint Gervais village
Friendly staff - Staff are all very friendly and helpful, though only few of them speak fluent English
Self service arrangement - you need to cook your pancakes/crepes and fried eggs during breakfast that we found very interesting and good for the kids
It's not a luxury hotel with lots of facilities but it's quite a family friendly club especially for the French given all the entertainments/programs are in French. We also liked the sauna and steam room but the water in jacuzzi was not hot enough to relax your body muscle. The free wifi just enabled us to get whatsapp or simple internet access.
We stayed in a room just managed to fit in 3 single beds without much space for storage. Quality of food was not always good. Our first dinner was on Roman food which was pretty awful. The other dinners served better quality food.
Remember to get your ski rental and ski passes ordered through the club with special offer.
Weekend spoiled

The hotel club MMS Saint-Gevais is in badly need of a make over. The rooms are badly isolated. The beds are small 70cm wide and very short (less than 2meters). Anybody over 1,70 meters tall will sleep with their feet over the edge.
It is ok for 5+ people to get together in a room and start a disco party with really load music. The staff 'can't do anything' as they need to 'satisfy everybody'. Sounded more like they are not willing to do anything about it, and not willing to disturb loud guests is a higher priority than other guests.
Reception closes for a 2 hour lunch break and there is nowhere else to go. The reception also closes at 21:00 and the 'night guard' only starts work at 22:00. Nobody to attend to any complaints in between.
The staff at the reception are unfriendly and highly rude. The only word 'non' to a question is perfectly ok for them.
Kids are not allowed in the spa, nor are they allowed to have a massage.
There are no towels at the pool, you either bring your own or the one from your room. Nor is there any life guard at the pool.
They say they provide free wifi, it even has a laminated piece of paper in the room saying 'free wifi zone'. Well, it turns out, there is only wifi in the common areas and 'free' for only 24 hours, any amount of time after that, you pay!
Very disappointing and not a place I would recommend anybody to stay at if you can possibly avoid it, really!
Brilliant !!

My friends and I loved our long weekend at this 'Very French' hotel :-) . The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious and the buffet food, at all times, varied and delicious. One of our party was vegetarian and she was extremely happy with the amount of choice she had. The hotel is full board so you can opt for a picnic bag to take up the mountain if you like. This needs to be booked at reception the night before & collected in the morning & then added to from the breakfast bar, we did this every day & it was brilliant :-) ð This is a very good value hotel with excellent facilities. The jacuzzi, steam room, sauna & pool are free, you just need to book at reception. It is only a 5 minute walk down to the gondola to Le Bettex which gives access to the whole ski area , which is great, & a 5-10 minute walk to the town, which is very pretty. The hotel also has an arrangement with skiloc at Le Bettex which allows you to book your skis & boots at a discount & also to leave them each day in a locker at Le Bettex, so no carrying your skis & boots up & down each day!! Fantastic!
Also it's only an hour to Geneva airport!
We will definitely be going back ðð
