Stayed at the H10 Delfin in October just before it closed for the winter, had a great week the room was spotless and cleaned every day and meals were excellent, staff were pleasant and courteous will be back next year

Stayed in June 2017 and booked with Jet2 who were wonderful. Hotel is in great location with bars and shops directly opposite. Pool area lovely with lots of sunbeds. Rooms small but well equipped. Would have liked a clothes line though either on the balcony or in the bathroom as nowhere to dry towels or swimming costumes unless you tied them to the plastic patio chairs.
Beds were rock solid. I'd read on TA that some people had requested mattress toppers which is what I did on the second day. It made a slight improvement and I didn't wake up with numb arms or bum!
Food was average. Breakfast was the same every day. Lots of choice but got a bit boring after a week. Dinner was pretty much the same. The roast meats that changed on a daily basis were lovely but the rest of the food was bland and repetitive. The paella was also nice but often dried up as not many people had it. Had the soup once but was so salty I couldn't eat it. Never had it again. Drinks were reasonably priced and staff were quick to come and take your order.
You were allocated a seat at dinner but a free for all at breakfast. Never ate lunch there so can't comment on that.
Entertainment was low key, although they had something on every night.
Getting a decent sunbed by the pool was a challenge. Most people were queuing up at 9am waiting for the pool to open. They'd then rush out and 'bag' their sunbed. The hotel say that they will remove towels from reserved beds but I only saw this happen once.
Rooftop pool was lovely. Nice and quiet too with a small plunge pool for cooling down.
A nice stay and would probably stay at this hotel again if I ever went back to Salou but would probably go on room only or B&B basis and make use of the restaurants and bars in the town.

A 4* Hotel but it doesn't warrant that rating. The Hotel is very clean. The bedroom was kept very clean. The food was nowhere near excellent. It was ok food @ the best. Waitresses would talk between themselves over our table which is rude. We couldn't order a glass of wine for our meal, we had to order a bottle. Reception staff were never in a great rush to deal with the customers. We are not in a great rush to go back.

this hotel is clean and ok if your an OAP i am 66 and i was told by security not to make any noise in the rooms and not to have a radio on , i did not enjoy my stay at this hotel as i like to have fun when on holiday

The hotel offers good service - We found the rooms to be spotlessly clean, were on the 4th floor so no noise issues from below; but would agree with others in that there is a soundproof issue in the rooms.
The food enjoyable most evenings, but our gripe was the pool ,
the water was icy cold, no wonder bathers would take a dip in for a second and come straight out - if this was addressed we would rate more highly as the rest of the hotel
is beautiful, and its in a great location
