This is easily the nicest hotel Iâve ever been to, it makes a Doubletree Hilton look like a Travelodge, or some sort of camping equipment.
I was assured that Iâd been given a âstandard roomâ, but it was anything but. Thereâs a large central area, with a corridor, storage room and massive bathroom off of it. Itâs an unbelievable size and really well appointed.
The furniture and design is faultless and everything looks brand new.
The check in staff are friendly and the room service etc are well priced, especially for a hotel of this standard.
My only small complaints; First, the heating was confusing, it seemed like the heat vents in the floor worked separately from the AC and didnât have a control, so I had to leave the AC on even though it was -4C out; Second, the complimentary phones browser history should really be wiped after guests leave; its slightly disconcerting seeing what other guests have been looking at on the internet during their stay... (Iâm sure you can imagine).
These small, and rather insignificant things aside, this is a lovely hotel!

Loved the stay. Very nicely designed hotel with huge rooms. Includes a mini kitchen, 2 closets, 2 tv screens, floor heating, Woden floors.
Very nice people and great location also.
I would definitely come back
Great restaurant almost next door called Tel Aviv with best vegan I have ever had (not a vegan kind of person)

This hotel is beautifly design
All the facilities are hi end quality
The stuff is kind and professional and the area is very close to many bars and restaurants
Highly recommended if you can get it in a fair price!

Stunning hotel right in centre of Warsaw. Very friendly & helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms were amazing, we were upgraded to a suite & it was just perfect. Breakfast was really good & plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend this hotel. ð

My first occasion at this hotel and it a hidden gem in Warsaw. From the beginning to the end, great welcome, great service and rooms were lovely. All the team were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention about Patrick in the signature restaurant, his service was outstanding and recommend an amazing Spanish wine, but what was the best is helped me with a question about a polish song. In fact he actually phoned his mum to get the answer! So to the manager at the hotel what ever you are paying him it is not enough.
