Had such an amazing experience at the hotel. The service level here is efficient and the staffs are attentive to our needs. Their respond time is within 5 minutes and that includes handling our needs. So much better than so many five stars hotel in Malaysia. The hotel's in KL got to learn for them.
The rooms are so comfortable and clean. Even the lighting in the rooms are bright enough to work. However the WiFi is slow.

I'm regularly conduct any Training/Workshop events in Harris Tebet Jakarta, and its all completely excellent. The meeting venue are clean and comfy, staff are very friendly and helpful, foods also have much variety and tasty, so overall it was excellent.
Good job for Harris Tebet, keep such the great services.

Summary:
I've stayed in several Harris hospitality,
Kuta Riverview-Kelapa Gading-Malang-Ciumbuleuit-Bekasi. I've known Harris for their "family-esque" environment, since I brought my children, first thing I asked is the children playground. Too bad, there's no "specified" children playground here.
Typical Harris room, with orange desk and (what I call) 'lazy bench'. Cozy, with parquet floor, although I prefer carpet for comfortness. Loved the pool, situated at the back of the hotel, perfect for afternoon swimmers, the hotel building blocked the sunlight. Didn't taste the food, since I checked-in to no BF Room. Quite spacious parking lot, and you'll find a small mosque in Basement 2, clean and comfy. Overall, Harris hotels never disappoint me. Yet for me, Harris Tebet is more suitable for business.
One more thing, maybe considering changing TV cable provider, or provide local TV with your own antenna. Or at least, give us TV that provides a LIVE soccer game. Thank you.

Sometimes feeling hungry in midnight, But often mini bar closed. According to me, mini bar is always open so when the custumer feel hungry in midnight its easy to open mini bar cause sometimes we forgetting to ask open mini bar when check in time and just want breaking only.

Stayed here for a night during my business trip which was very comfort especially the bed and the room was very clean. It is located strategically close to Kuningan business district and Kota Kasablanka Shopping Mall.
2 concerns during my stay, I did not like when the laundry man knocked my door in the morning asking for a laundry service without request and the room service staff wanted to check the locked minibar (locked since my arrival) which I refused his visit, probably this is standard operating procedure but really disturbing my work time.
