We spent 5 evenings at this Hotel in September. We had a deluxe room. It was simply a wonderful experience. The room is very spacious and the Bathroom about 10 ft x 10 ft or the size of a small bedroom! Very Spacious!!! My husband has a food allergy which requires we travel with food. The hotel offered to bring in a second refrigerator for us! The location is perfect! The little extra linen fresheners and notes from the Management were a classy touch! We will definitely go back as we Loved London!!!

From the moment our taxi arrived until the moment we departed we were pampered and coddled by the most friendly and polite staff of anyplace I've ever stayed. We stayed for my husband's birthday as we had Phantom tickets. The room was very large with a separate closet/dressing room and a very large bathroom. The honor bar was in a separate closet and stocked with everything one might want. The bed was queen size facing a large wall mounted tv. The bathroom had both a shower stall and a huge tub with another tv built into the wall for long soaks. I had mentioned our stay was for a special occasion and the hotel had a complimentary treat waiting in the room on our arrival. We also had afternoon tea and breakfast booked as part of our package and the staff in the Brumus Restaurant was as lovely as those of the hotel. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the room was quiet. I really cannot say enough about the feeling of luxury and pampering achieved during our stay by a wonderful staff.

Our umpteenth stay at this wonderful hotel was the best yet. We normally stay in a deluxe double but as it was my 60th we upgraded ourselves to a deluxe junior suite. The room surpassed all of our expectations. Sumptuous decor and loads of space. Facing on to Haymarket we expected some noise but never heard a sound from outside. Once again all of the staff were totally professional but friendly at the same time. A nice touch was the bottle of chilled champagne I was given for my birthday. We'll definitely be back.

This is the second time we've stayed, and will almost certainly go back again. I would describe the hotel as super luxurious but also comfortable. A lot of high end hotels forget the comfort factor.
The rooms are large enough, with really (really!) amazing bathrooms. Super, super clean. Absolutely spotless. TV in the wall of the bathroom so you can sit in the tub and watch.
Very comfortable beds, large TV. Brilliant selection in the mini-bar. We asked for an iron which was brought to the room and set-up along with a water spray.
Water left by the bedside as part of the turn down.
As I say the hotel is decorated in an almost homely way, very comfortable, but importantly it still retains that high-end feel.
The bar and restaurant are both superb. Excellent drinks menu, attentive, friendly, hard-working staff. Again, the whole ambience is comfortable.
Breakfast is another high point when I stay here. Lots of interesting options other than a full english breakfast, although that's available of course. Amazing coffee. I haven't had a better breakfast in any hotel.
There's a full size pool and gym, although no dedicated changing room, which is the only thing I dislike about the hotel. I guess you are expected to change in your room and come down in your robe? There are clean toilets which are fine to change in.
This is a wonderful hotel - please keep it up so we can keep staying here!!
Oh and the location - just off Regent Street, next to the Haymarket Theatre. Great for shopping especially, but a great base to get to anywhere in the city.

Truly a lovely hotel. The rooms are extremely comfortable (but missing tea/coffee making options) and were very clean, sophisticated and just very welcoming.
The location is perfect for the West End and Haymarket Theatre. Although it is in a noisy area, the soundproofing was excellent.
The food is excellent - I tried breakfast in the restaurant and overall it was a memorable stay.
