Its a very convenient location, however do note that if you arrive after midnight, the shortcut walkway via the mall is closed. You would have to walk along the streets which could be quite difficult to find especially at night. from Osaka Station, we explore the nearby cities. A lot of restaurants and shopping malls in the vicinity too. We took the twin sharing room for 2 adults and 1 child. Room size is reasonable for 3 of us. We can leave our 2 luggages open at the same time. Room is very warm during the winter, very comfortable. Do not expect a lot, just a room for us to sleep at night and out the whole day. We requested for a room away from the train station to minimise the noise.

I stay at this hotel for four days during vacation. My itinerary had me flying into Osaka then taking a train to Tokyo, so the proximity of the hotel to the Osaka train station was attractive. Being close also meant the shopping and inexpensive dining was only a short walk away. I took a daytrip tour to Kyoto, which also met at the train station.
The room rate was reasonable. However the single room was small with just enough room to move around. One could also hear the trains pulling into the station. But it didnât bother me as much as a feared it would.

Agreed that the hotel is in a good location close to Osaka Station and from the Airport Express drop off. Basic hotel facilities but no safe in room, no English channels and staff speaks a bit of English. Restaurants are plenty nearby and if you really to your laundry, there is a self service laundromat in the basement. Good wifi connection throughout my stay so that is a plus point too.

I stayed at the hotel on 4/12/2017 for 1 night with a colleague of mine.
We caught the bus from the airport to Osaka and the hotel was only 5 minutes walk away! This was great for not having to walk a long distance to reach the hotel after travelling for around 35 hours. The location is also a few minutes walk away from Osaka station (Sakurabashi exit). We did not try the breakfast in the hotel. The twin room was spacious, immaculately and warm.

Stayed in this Hotel before as its location was really convenient if you use the Airport bus service. This time we didn't get any upgrade so the room was a standard tiny one and we couldn't open two suitcases simultaneously. We need to draw the curtain all the time as the window was facing classrooms of school next door.
Suggest to choose a bigger room size for more comfort and view. One good point is that you could open the window as much as you like, of course, had to put up with the noise from running train.
Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
