Have stayed at the resort a couple of times now and have never been dissapointed. The rooms are very clean well appointed and comfortable. Prices are on par with the other motels in Cromwell. The staff at the front desk are very obliging and nothing is an issue. With the restaurant being right next door you don't have to go far for a meal. Next time in Cromwell will be the place of choice.

The perfect stop-over on a trip around Otago. Didn't think it would be so pretty, being much more familiar with the other side of Lake Dunstan. Perfect distance to Cromwell, room was very nice - got a glimpse of the king suite across the hall and was tempted to ditch the kids so I could have stayed there! Looked gorgeous! Would definitely recommend to others and stay there again.

Stopped here for 2 nights, the room was lovely and the views are to die for. However this resort is about 10km outside of town which means first option to eat was the onsite restaurant. For us this was terrible in fact the meals were so bad we went charged. If you want the room servicing your supposed to hang a card on the door no card in room, I asked and it was done, the same as milk i asked and I got, so I think the moto here is just ask. However for me the one thing I did think was bad, check out is 10am but the cleaners went in next door at 9am singing and chatting and generally quite nosey, as check in is not until 2pm didn't really see the need for this.

Poor service, staff more interested in chatting to their mates. Half meal burnt, other half undercooked. Had a steak that was served with a sauce that I did not order and so much salt that I could not eat it. Other members of the group had similar issues. Wine glass dirty, steak knife turned up after the meal had been served.
Waitress had no idea what was on the menu (not her fault as she had clearly not been trained). Shame as we were there with locals who wanted to show us 5he place had improved.
Was asked how the meal was when we paid and waitress said she would pass on our comments. I bet she didnât! Take my advice and eat somewhere else.

-The location is a bit far away from the town center, it takes around 10mins to drive to the old crownwell area or town center. (8km)
-Room is okay but windows are too big and once you open the window, you will feel like someone can climb over and get into your room. It is a bit scacry during night time.
-Hot Tub is not in the suite, but it is underneath the suite.
-Wifi connection was poor, I could not even connect to it so I did not use it at all.
