Its nice to stay with family for the relaxation from hectic and busy life to calm and peaceful time best place to enjoy with family in that also if you have kids sure they will enjoy in infinite swimmingpool well maintained resort and frndly staff its a good time we spended over their.

Its great stay along with my family . I came along with my parents i enjoyed a lot over there after a long time i gave break for my work life and I spent time over here ..nice hospitality nice food nice place...but when it comes to negative part for the elders walking to the resturent is very difficult so u should look into that except this everythng is good and peaceful stay over here😃

Its a good place to visit as couple. Good location from resturent swimming pool location is very beautiful. And staffs are very friendly they helped throughout my stay fungames organised by Mr Ananda it's very good. and little concern about rooms can be better and I suggest for a topper room itself . resturent staffs is also very helpful front office people welcomed us with a glad smile and gayatri helped us throughout our stay very well over all best place to visit☺

We stayed at Heritage Resorts Coorg, check-in 30th Dec 2017 Checkout 1st Jan 2017.

I had negative vibes about the hotel soon after booking. They were incessantly following up to pay them Rs 8000 in advance which were "Gala Dinner" charges for 31st Dec, and were not accepting payment upon arrival.

Upon arrival, we found that the hotel was very average, less than 2 star category. The rooms were old. The staff did not pay attention to a request to give us a room near the restaurant, since it is some uphill climb and my spouse had a recent surgery in her foot. They did not respond to the request at all.

Also, i'd like to mention, they gave a room with 2 separate beds to a couple, how smart!

The food was most pathetic during the stay, not a single meal did not go where we didn't find they have re-used, recycled food from previous meal. For example, Fish fry turned into Fish Curry, chicken starter converted to chicken curry. Steam rice, converted to Ghee Rice (which was hard as hell)

The room service was slow and something comes only after requesting 2-3 times.

Hotel has only AP plan, An all meals inclusive AP plan which is worthless, I was charged approx Rs 16500 per night for 2 adults, I felt the room and meals were not even worth half of that!

They don't change towels, even after requesting for fresh towels, we got smelly, most likely used towels only. Pathetic and unhygienic!

Now the Worst part, it was New Years eve, they charged Rs 8000 for "Gala Dinner" which was worse than a bday party. Single speaker blaring out some random music, and food was just one extra veg, and one extra non veg item with a live pasta counter, which served in-edible pasta. I think they charged us, for sponsoring dinner for their staff and family. We could see more staff and family having dinner, and less number of guests having gala dinner. Very Unprofessional!

Staff was equally rude, I would like to mention a specific instance with one staff Ms Gayathri. Hotel gave us some voucher like thing for gala dinner, which we forgot to carry to restaurant, we requested we shall handover the coupon later, since we only want to have dinner. And anyways, they did not check-in any guests without receiving full payments. This Lady did not agree, and made us walk all the way downhill to our room and back, for a silly coupon which they printed(for internal accounting) I seriously felt cheated and ill treated!

Will Never recommend this property to anyone. It is better to cancel a holiday altogether rather than staying here. Since you are sure to have a bad time!

And Don't go by the photographs posted on websites, the photos are photoshopped. For example, The pool is less than half of what is looks in photos!

We visited this resort for our corporate conference & stayed there for 4 days.
When we reached the resort, Gayathri was all set with our details to check into the resort. Awesome reception by her and her team. Staff were very helpful in their departments be it activity centre, reception area, restaurant etc ; providing very quick service.
Location of resort is out of the world & view from poolside was exquisite. I watched one of the mesmerizing sunsets of my life from poolside.
Infinity pool is their USP ; most of our clicks were taken nearby poolside.
They offered wide range of menu in breakfast , lunch & dinner which were delectable.
The cottages were nice & cosy .The area of the resort was huge. The staff was very friendly & helpful in its departments be it activity centre, reception area, restaurant etc ; providing expeditious service.
I appreciate efforts taken by GM-Mr.Kaushik & his team for seamless working of our business meet.
I would highly recommend this resort to take a break from hectic city life ; It was literally ' A Breath of fresh air' for tired city lungs.
Definitely, someday I will visit again.
