We are currently staying at the Heritage Village Hotel in Arossim Beach. There is a particular comment on here posted recently which is very unfair and insulting to both the hotel and the guests. I was a bit concerned when my husband booked the hotel with it only being a 3*. I'm used to luxury cruises and hotels but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel has a lovely feel to it and is not clinical like some of the hotels we have stayed at. The staff are really attentive and work very hard to make sure you enjoy your holiday. Food is very good and the hotel is clean. I would have to agree with the sunbed situation but we haven't had a problem getting a sunbed in the 13 days we have been here. Myself and my husband have been to Benidorm once and hated it so if it was like Benidorm here I wouldn't have booked up for next year like I have done. I am currently sitting watching the entertainment which is an excellent band and live dancers. There is also a wide age range here that I am currently looking at. Well done to the staff here. You have made us feel very welcome and we will return to the UK feeling very chilled and relaxed

Returning for 9th time this place looses none of the magic. This year pool rooms have been refurbished this year and are very attractive and comfortable.
We meet up with friends year after year and this year have made many new friends.
The atmosphere between guests is what makes this place great, along with the fantastic team that give such fantastic customer service in all areas of the resort. Reception team, Sanjana,Ann,Roma,Andrew,Salome,Clinton,Wayne,Vijay made our stay comfortable and lots of fun.To Vikrum,Vishant,Rakesh and everyone in the restaurants,especially the chefs, a big thank you. John the jeweller along with Bill, more fabulous jewellery pieces, both new and reworked, thank you. I was quoted outside the hotel for a ring and John gave me a much better price and top workmanship. Look forward to retaining the cricket trophy next year. Roll on January 2019!,

Very difficult review to write. If you are under 50 , I would avoid. Hotel is 3* at a push, and very comfortable in it's yesteryear skin. They try very hard to correct things if you complain, but, about things that should be correct in the first place. Many of their customers have been returning for years ( decades) so they love the place. Personally ,. Bingo ,Karaoke, Horse racing, Aqua keep fit etc. etc. were not my expectations for a first experience of India, thank god I did not choose North Goa . However, it was a good time and although I would not return to this hotel ( more because of the clients than the hotel) ,south Goa is interesting once you get used to it.. Cavelossim would be top if I return. If you have shades of Hippy about you then Agonda( or more full on Palolem) where we stayed right on the beach for one night to get away from the Heritage, that was blissful. This hotel suits the over 65's who are now to affluent to be ever seen in Benidorm again.

This hotel is lovely, the staff the food the daytime staff, the rooms, air con all good, the al a carte excellent. but in my opinion, all this gives a great base to start, but what really made it for me was the atmosphere created by all the holiday maker's.People come back to this hotel year after year, and that must say something about what the staff and management create to give you a great holiday. A special mention to all the animation team, Harry " BIG ZERO" AND RAZZOR, who encourage you to join in and enjoy all the silly games that they arrange, and while I was there they had their annual cricket match between the management and the guests, all taken seriously but with fun, of which we the guests won by 2 runs ( just rubbing this in) lol.
Yes my wife and I have already booked to return next year, CAN'T WAIT
