Staued in this hotel for a night. Hotel was clean and room was average s8ze and clean. A little bit pricy but I guess it is because it is the only hotel in town. Free breakfast, wifi and restaurant with river view.

The location of this hotel is breath taking. Right on the river Amstel, the outside is beautiful, calm and traffic less. So its a 5 on 5 for the location.
Coming to the hotel itself, it seemed to be more of a restaurant with a hotel rather than being a hotel with a restaurant. The main focus of the team is the restaurant. Although most of the staff is very supportive and speak real good English, there are no dedicated staff for the hotel and the restaurant handlers double up as hotel operators as well (so it seemed to us)
The room we stayed in was small and not good for two people although the hotel is expensive. Overall, an average stay experience. Choose if you want a good location.

We stayed two nights at the lovely Hotel and enjoyed every minute! Our room was great and the views from the room and restaurant were amazing. The service and staff were excellent,helpful and very friendly. Give the beef sate a try...you won't be sorry! Thank you staff at the Het Rechthuis Hotel!

we had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Our room was nice and big, the beds were good and everything was clean. (we stayed in the bridesroom, ask for that) Prices are nice, people and staff are nice. Shortly: this is a place were you want to be! The reastaurant (in good weather a terrace on the water) is very good and have also good prices.

We stayed here for four nights as a starting point for daily bicycle rides.
For that purpose the lcoation is perfect (as most part of the Netherlands).
The hotel is idyllic located on the bank of the Amstel river. Not much noice around either so easy to get a good night's sleep.
The rooms are a bit outdated but are clean.
Breakfast is average.
Staff is helpful but a bit slow.
