This is my first review, not into it normally but I really wanted to complement Sonya and Toni from the spa on the great massages both my daughter and I had. My daughter fell and needed her knee to be normal again in a very short time and they just helped so much and the do it with care! Please go if you stay at HG La Molina, so worth it!
Thank you also to the girl at the desk (sorry forgot your name) for doing everything possible to get us a room a bit early because of the fall. Very happy with the experience. I recommend booking directly with the hotel.

Hotel had just opened for the season, so teething problems can be expected.
The room was comfortable and the â¬10 extra for the mountain view worth it ( see my photos attached ).
The half board dinner was great value and breakfast typical buffet with option of fried eggs etc.
Unfortunately the rooms had No WiFi!
The hotel location is ideal for skiing - straight from hotel to ski lift - couldnât be better.
I would recommend.

This hotel couldn't be any better positioned at the bottom of the slope with a shop next door and the ski hire place just next to it. The bus from the train station goes from just near the hotel too! That's pretty much the only reason I would return if I ever did. Bar reception staff the service is absolutely shocking and ridiculously slow. Room are big but with the bare minimum. Restaurant, food is poor, they even served us raw chicken one night and didn't really see how bad that was. But at least we got food, one night the chef was an hour late. The restaurant doesn't serve food until 1930 anyway so had to wait even longer, not what you want after a day's skiing! They really need to improve their customer relations.

We were lodged at the hotel for a week during the winter holidays, as we had also stayed for some weekends a couple of years ago and has a pleasant stay. However, the standards of this hotel have gone down significantly, and we will certainly not plan to repeat. Service very poor, and even rude at times. The hotel is truly overpriced for what they offer - breakfast particularly low quality: no good bread, really bad quality cereals and, indeed, males Premier Inn looks 5 stars, as even our 11 years old child said. The quality of the mattresses is very low, and the kids beds had wheels, which can't be blocked, and this was annoying as the beds kept moving away from the wall as children moved at night. We were told that there was internet connection, so we decided to stay a bit longer counting on being able to work, which turned to be impossible as the wifi connection didn't work at all in our room, and very poorly in the cafe/lounge. On top of the high price we payed for a family room, they expect you to pay 15⬠for the parking, and, for a family of 4, about 60⬠to access the pool and spa area, despite this is a really small area, mostly empty, and showing significant decay. Finally, despite being in Catalonia, not a single person in the restaurant or the reception spoke (or understood passively) any Catalan. Overall, the hotel could be good, as it is in a great location and modern, but clearly suffers from poor management.

Dont get me wrong this is not a bad hotel it just isnt very good. The location is perfect but the rest makes Premier Inn look 5 star. Room was basic toilet and shower no bath was okay. Bed was really comfy although two singles amd not the double we booked. Killer for us was NO INTERNET , no matter which one we tried to sign in to they never worked.
