It was the worst experience of my life. I complained to everyone possible and was given all the excuses known to man and even suggested that I was over reacting.
This place is a hovel. Most of the rooms do not look like the one on the picture. Some of the windows are boarded up, light fittings with no bulbs, a TV with no remote control. Walls painted dark blue, some windows painted black, and unclean.

Booked during bereavement .terrible terrible shock that such a place exists posing as hotel. 2 minutes and left.

Get a refund via booking.com!!!!. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY.Dreadful service to deal with. AWFUL Have taken 3 days of trying .just don't want anyone to go through what we've been though at such a time.Dreadful place. Have never been in a prison cell but must be comparable to that.

We booked in at the last minute, for a family function in the area. We had stayed in the same place 5 yrs ago and found it okay. Oh, how it has changed!

The owners idea of interior decor is to paint the interior of every room dark blue including the ceiling making it difficult to tell if the room light was on. There was a threadbare sheet on the bed and the towels were quite old and thin. No bulbs in the lights for the bathroom mirror so wife ended up applying makeup on using iPhone torch!

The management company have got around anyone complaining by having electronic keypads for entry to the room and accommodation and, therefore, no staff on site.

There are no curtains in the place, windows are either boarded up or painted black. No tv remote, kettle and cups but nothing to make, no bedside light, one very limp pillow each, no toiletries or even soap.

They tried to charge us for parking £7.50, but just next to the place is a free car park, no restrictions.

The building used to be a hotel and restaurant but nowadays they are providing a very basic level of service, even in the superior rooms for too high a price. I have stayed in Fomula 1 type places with a similar set-up for a much lower price.

Come hell or high water I shall not use this place again and would warn others to avoid like the plague!

Loan female staying 1 night after working at Snetterton circuit.
Stayed 20 mins then left to stay in a caravan on the circuit thanks too good friends.
Filthy place, milk had more lumps then gets cheese, fab butts in coffee jar , I wrote HELLO in the dirt of the shower. More dirt on the floor never been swept.
Windows blacked out , freaky place .Cross between a brothel and a drug den.......dont book it , it should be condemned !!!
We are still trying to get refunded !!

Booked this for work at last minute due to picture on Hotels.com and 3star rating, wished I had come on here, would have saved myself some money

After taking over an hour to find the address, I went to a place with another name that looked like the photo. It was then I realised that I had not been sent the codes, so tried calling without luck the telephone number so happened to pop in the pub next door, I was told that if I had my room number the woman there could get me in as she knew most of the numbers!

I elected to stay elsewhere.

On later looking at my email the codes went to junk mail which was no good for my phone
