location is soooo good . in heart of pahslgam . nice room . good food . and service is very good 24/7. Mr . Aakeeb is very good person . all staff are good . 24 hour room and bad hiter . 24 hour hot water . nice hotel .

Worst experience. Pathetic hotel. First room i was given had teared wallpapers and broken furniture. After i fought and got my room changed my other room was full of dust mites..no wifi in rooms...i booked a room for 3 adults and i was not given extra bedding and they said it was not mentioned in your booking..i thought that was common sense..Sajad Ah Dar (front desk) had no sense of language and didnt knew what hospitality is. Would never recommend.

Stayed in 5 rooms for 2 nights with family. The rooms very pretty good with mountain views. The food quality was very good. The sightseeing was very near to the hotel. This Hotel Hilltop is 200% better than the Gulmarg's branch. The staff is professional and kind.

Undoubtedly rooms are excellent. More than this people working at this hotel have got great sense of professionalism and hospitality. We stayed for 2 days and the service was on TOP and flawless. Good at reception too. Thumbs up!!

Visited in the.month of May .
The rooms were clean & WARM. We had no problem in food because we had our own cooked with us . It's just beside the main road . Staff was very helpful + cheerful. They would not expect any tips also. Just be careful when book horses for min kashmir . They would say 3x the price.
